The greatest concept for tropical villas, but so many mosquitos attacked... Nice Service... near from the Seminyak Raya, but the access not good yet.

the place is pretty good and i got a very good rate at agoda. the staff are pretty good and whilst the villas are not the best in bali, considering the price, i think they are good value for money. i didnt like being asked to sign a legal declaration at check in accepting full responsibility for a huge list of things. i also didnt like being disturbed by staff at 10:45pm asking me to decide what i wanted for breakfast.

Great Location but poor quality construction

the villas are poorly constructed, and the layout design very bad. the stuff was very great & very quick to please and fulfill the guests requests. the bathrooms have semi open roof tops & or open roof corners for ventilation. some bathrooms have cement brick taps, we didn't have the washing basin stopper. there were lot of mosquito even though there were mosquito repellents plugged in the wall. the hotel provides a shuttle within seminyak till 10p.m. but the supervisor droves us 10pm and picked us up. great and very professional stuff. breakfast is very bad. don't count on it.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a good Macedonian restaurant called Balkanika on the Legian street & thats a 10 min drive. Potato head restaurant is 10 min drive from the villas. I didn't like the food in the Greek restaurant called Pantheos.

stay 5 days for business, the villas is new. It's clean villas with small private pool. The villas at quite area but not far from shopping centre and nightlife.

Service is OK. Kurang tempat sampah di kamar tidur. Sebaiknya bukaan di kamar mandi di tutup agar suara dari luar tidak masuk ke kamar tidur.
