A very small villa but awesome service

how do we start... we checked in kind of late in the evening as we were out since morning touring a part of bali. as soon as the car is parked, we were welcome with excellent service, so checking in was a breeze and we were given drinks to cool down while waiting to get our keys. we were then lead to our villa and then given a mobile phone with credits! it came as an extra but free service where we can use the phone in case we need anything or to communicate when we need a pick-up at seminyak. yes, free shuttle service to seminyak main shopping street!
the villa is kind of small (well, there's a reason why they call it "boutique" villa") but huge bathroom! it also came with a bedroom with king size bed, gazebo with daybed, a plunge pool (2m deep!) and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary needs. didn't really get to use the kitchen that much as our breakfast were sent, ready and set in the kitchen. food was so-so. though the villa is close to each other, it still maintain its privacy. location might put off some because you would have to go through a small alley to reach jas. however, security is tight, with security making rounds every now and then.
we've tried the spa at jas spa, it's not the cheapest but we certainly enjoy the short spa before we leave for the airport. you can arrange for the hotel to send you to the airport at a minimal fee. would certainly return to jas boutique villa!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make use of the handphone they provide for free during your stay. Arrange for a free shuttle (they only offer to Seminyak) and then get a cab to all your other destinations. It's much cheaper! When you're done, call them up for a pick up at any place along Seminyak back to the hotel. :)

I cannot praise Jas Boutique Villas enough... We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It was extremely clean and stylish. Breakfast was bought to the villa every morning and the choice of food was really good. The location is excellent being just a short stroll away from the hub of seminyak and yet the villa itself is peaceful. All the staff are extremely professional and always willing to help. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for their drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak.

There is good and bad. Property wise, it is not ready nor too inviting as yet, the road leading to it is not completed,. The lobby is basic and the property lacks finer touches typical in Bali. The pool was dirty and the pump broke down. Having said that, the staff were honest and eager. A fried lost 1 m rup and was promptly returned. The dirty pool was cleaned immediately. The pump was fixed immediately even though it was near midnight. Hardware lacking with software compensating.

Could not have asked for better

Could not have asked for better our first trip to Bali and we stayed 10 days at Jas Boutique Villa. Had a huge breakfast daily, the use of car and the best driver whenever we needed him.(Thank you , you made our holiday). The bedrooms and beds were huge and clean (thank goodness for airconditioning)the pool was fabulous as was the daybed to lie on and enjoy the beautiful warm nights.
The phone reception provided came in so useful when we caught a cab and needed directions and to call the driver to pick us up when we got lost.
Seminyak was a great area so many choices for places to eat and shop. Will definately be back.

Make use of the driver the villas provide they are so friendly and can advise on "good Price" or "very expensive"
