my partner and i stayed in the penthouse suite, as some of the reviews hinted that it was the only guaranteed room with a view... and what a view it was!! 180 degree view of bali, hills and beach included from an absolutely massive balcony! the infinity edge pool wasn't bad either ;)the 4 bedrooms were immaculate, with large beds and beautiful decor, the only thing lacking was decent water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms and a functioning oven and associated cookware, but for a villa the food prices were very reasonable and they were happy to bring your order to your room at no extra charge. the staff were great, and very accommodating! we had 7 friends come to have lunch with us, and we asked if they could organize a babi guling (suckling pig) for the occasion - it was a feast to die for, which worked out around $25 aud/person (much less if we'd had enough people to share with)... amazing!! will definitely stay there again, next time we will share with one or more other couples/friends as there is more than adequate space between rooms (each with it's own gorgeous en-suite bathroom) and everyone who came was delighted with our choice of accommodation. it is secluded enough to stay away from the party sector, but close enough that it wasn't any trouble getting to it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you struggle with noise when you sleep, take ear plugs or soothing tunes - most of the villas we've stayed at have had roosters and other animals in the surrounding areas and they can often keen you awake at night/very early!

at first time agoda didn't organise our airport pick up well with the hotel but then they gave us complementary breakfast as their apology.
overall the hotel was very nice and quite.
however since its new hotel the location is a bit hard to find.

The photos they posted on Agoda do not do justice to the wondeful rooms and view. The local food from their in-house cuisine is fantastic too!
Shopping Tip:
Take a cab to Hardy's super mart. It's takes about rupiah (or USD) to get you from this hotel to Hardy's. You can get everything from food to toiletries to simple beachwear and even souvenirs here are down-to-earth prices!

The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. They helped us locate a motorbike company and even helped arrange it for us. Our room was cleaned twice a day.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay that has quick access to shops and spas this is probably not the ideal location but perfect for those looking for somewhere off the main road.

The hotel is deep up the hill so unless you plan to lock yourself in your room the entire day, it is important to have your own transport.
We stayed in the cliff view room, but the WiFi signal is weak, so they helped us to change to another room for that has a better signal. Other than that, it is a very pleasant stay.
I've had a fair share of nice foods over the years and I can say the food in this hotel sits up there with very reasonable price.

We had a great stay here. The hotel has a beautiful structure with an amazing edge cliff pool. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great service. However, the view was not as shown in pictures as it is dry season the land is dry and horrible to look at. Further, the description says partial ocean view, i would hardly call it a partial ocean view as there is basically no view of the ocean. Also, the breakfast was not the greatest but i understand you cant expect the same standard as western breakfasts in western countries. Nonetheless, the service was great, the hotel was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back at a later stage and will also recommend it for other guests!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The sunset snacks and cocktails are cheap and very good to enjoy the sunset. The room service menu is also cheap compared to most hotels!
