Relaxing & quiet stay

Pleasant stay away from the bustling busy Kuta area. A little far from the main road where eateries are pretty limited except for the Japanese restaurant at the junction to the main road, babi guling and ayam penyet across the road.
There is an Oakley factory outlet nearby as well.

Complete relaxation, privacy & luxury

I went to Bali for a week of complete relaxation in luxury. Jimbaran Cliffs provided exactly what I was after. The private pool was fantastic; the staff were friendly and unintrusive. I used the laundry service - cheap and everything was perfectly laundered.
I spent time each day in the day spa - the two ladies working in there were lovely and eager to please. Some treatments were better than others but overall still great value for money.
All in all I found this hotel gave great "bang for my buck". Sure the view wasn't completely panoramic but it didn't bother me. The in room dining menu was extensive - the absolute best banana pancakes ever!

Most regret is facilities as descrived below.
1)Stopper of the bathtub. Cannot plug the drain in the bathtub.
2)Shower. Sometime very hot water and cold water repeat. Cannnot totally control the adjustment of comfortable water flow.
3)House keeping. They never changed the bulb broken. Means they never done proper job in their basic duty.
4)Tips. One particular person who was delivered showed unsatisfied face when he was paid tips. And sinically grambled which cannot totally accepted. This is exception.

Stayed at jimbaran cliff for a night.wanted a quite,peaceful stay after 2 days spending at busy kuta Bali beach,and peaceful and quite is what we get.Wonderful service from the villa staff,willing to serve,and fast response from them at any request we make.despote being far away from beaches and shops,it's a peaceful stay.recommended to couples who just want to laze around and have a good time together.will definitely come again..

all round a very good hotel for a nice relaxing secluded getaway. the massages/ spa treatments are well priced and the customer service is exemplary.

Comfortable room with friendly staff. Pool is nice and water is cleam cool. Hotel offers massage and massage offered is pretty good. There are only two staffs to do massage so need to make reservation asap.
