we have just stayed at kajane mua private villas for our 2nd time, this would have to be one of the best private villas in ubud.
from our private swimming pool, to the biggest breakfast you have ever seen served on our veranda every morning, the villa has everything you will ever need.
on call complimentary transport around ubud and the most friendly staff made our stay fantastic.
your room is cleaned 2-3 times a day, free afternoon tea is served daily with cakes and tea or coffee.
located on monkey forrest rd right next door to the famous cafe wayan restraunt, it is the perfect location for accessing everything in ubud.
i would recommend kajane mua to anyone.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Rooms are quieter at the back of the hotel, and they can pick you up from the rear lanee.
Cafe Wayan is a must do.

kajane was by far one of the best experiences of our lives! we arrived and were absolutely blown away by the ambiance and surroundings of this resort. we put a note in our booking that it was for our honeymoon and they went all out for us! flowers on the bed, a bath full of flower petals, everything was just absolutely amazing! we will be coming back here for sure! we had a private bungalow with our own infinity pool, which we swam in several times a day! the included breakfast was amazing, with so many choices even the most fussy eater should find something to enjoy! be sure to ask for milk though as this is not usually supplied! 10 out of 10 from us!

Heaven on Earth. Absolutely the best hotel

This was my first time in Bali and also in Ubud. I ended up learning about Kajane Mua through the deals at Agoda. I travel all over the world, personally and professionally, and have been to countless of hotels. Kajane Mua blew me away! This was literally heaven on earth. I stayed in one the private Villas which was a 2-story traditional Balinese style hut, with modern amenities. I had my own pool, my own triple sized tub, "rain" shower and a romantic bedroom complete with its own canopy. The staff and the service at Kajane Mua is like no other. First rate, friendly and accommodating of requests. The shuttle service they offer around Ubud is extremely valuable. I received a spa treatment right in my own Villa by a skilled Balinese healer with very warm hands (which is great healing energy). This is a must stop for all those travelers searching for a hotel to relax in.

A haven in the middle of the Ubud action!

right in the middle of all the action in ubud, but without the noise and rush! so lovely and relaxing, extremely clean, with bali style and friendliness. we stayed in the mansion room, which was the perfect size for my husband and i. so many breakfast choices, food was fresh and delicious! happy hour drinks from 4pm-8pm everyday was also a plus. will definetly be back!

the place is a nice one, it is very special because it has a small rice field and all the rooms are set up around it. the rooms are wooden huts that are made of "cheap wood" but with good taste. there is no antiques or anything of that sort, furtniture and accessories are bought in the normal shops of bali, that means, cheap stuff made of cheap materials. service is good, sometimes a little slow or too servile. they are all young employees, not professionals that do not understand the concept of excellent service but they have a good intention. all in all is a pleasant place with a very good bed and an excellent bathroom but do not expect the personnel to be highly trainned or knowledgeable.

need to open more menu for breakfast and giving customer more information about free bus to some local place. the cd needs to guide details and afternoon tea needs to ready at room right after they come back hotel instead of asking customer about this and serving later. this will be great more if you can overcome some this troubles. thanks
