The staff were great, made you confortable throughout your stay, always around when needed while providing the private space for you. Room was great, big and comfortable and i was given a tour of the villas, it was fantastic. I may seriously consider staying there but the price is on the high side. Shuttle service provided to Ubud town on a regular basis which makes it very convenient. Outside the hotel along Bisma road, some nice eateries available.

Great hotel for exploring Ubud in peaceful stting.

The staff couldn't have been more attentive, to the point it was a little annoying at times.
the hotel provides and hourly shuttle service which we used a lot. our room was lovely as were the other facilities at the hotel.

From General Manager to the grounds staff we were always made to feel a part of the family. The universal greeting when guests arrive at resort from a day out is "Welcome back home" and it really rings true.

We have a lovely stay,serenity, just what we wanted, the rooms had everything we needed and lots more. We have a lovely tranquil massage at the spa. All the staff were great.
We loved all the extra touches we have never had in other Hotels.
WE WILL BE BACK.

Just superb, in terms of customer service

It was one of the best hotels in ever stay in Bali. The location is surrounded by the greens and river. The breakfast and dinner was perfect with the out-of-my-expectation customer service level. The only improvement may be the road access to Ubud town where part of the road wasn't probably surfaced and a bit muddy when it rains. Although it is only 2 km to Ubud town, it’s a bit challenging to walk due to road conditions. However, hourly free shutter service is provided.

The most relaxing location ever!
Amazing Pool, Spa and Rice-Paddy View

Komaneka Bisma is a fantastic hotel - I would definately go back. PROs - Almost all rooms have a view over a beautiful manually tendered rice paddy, and an amazing infinity pool. Similar in standard to the Sarojin in Phuket, for example, the other 'must see' is the Spa which has couple rooms set over a running river. It has a very quiet location and is a short distance from most of the nice restaurants in the Ubud area. CONs - whilst the food is very good, the wine list is poor and very expensive (says more about Indonesia than the hotel itself), also there would be very little for kids to do at this place.
