Went to Ubud with my parents. We asked for one extra bed in the room but the room was still comfortable and lots of spaces even with extra bed. All the staffs were very kind and smily. I would like to stay there for my next visit.

Definitely top-notch

The Bisma is the most expensive of the 4 Komaneka properties but definitely worth the premium for the amazing views and pool and the even bigger room. It is some distance from the main street but the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to any of its sister properties and most parts of Ubud, and the location also ensures a quiet stay. I definitely preferred the Bisma to the Rasa Sayang which I also stayed at on this trip.

It was a wonderful stay like a second honeymoon. The room was so spacious and the bathroom was almost half its size. My wife and I were welcomed by flower pestals on our bed and a plate of sweet oranges. The view makes you think you are in the middle of the forest but infact you are just a 5 mins car ride from monkey forest road. There is an hourly shuttle service to different part of the main shopping area. The staffs were so attentive and made us feel like VIP. It was indeed an unplanned honeymoon for us.

Amazing staff.
The physical plant and location of this hotel are very good, but the really outstanding part of the Komaneka experience is the staff.

Shopping Tip:
Since it's located in Ubud, there are many places for sightseeing. We went to art galleries, wooden craft shops, and to nature surrounded cafe for lunch.

I reserved airport pickup and dropoff. The drivers are on time and very nice. All the staff are extremly polite and helpful. I love the free cookie in the room and fruit in the lobby. The view from bracony is fantastic. The location is walking distance to the main street. I definitly recommand this hotel to everyone.
