The location is central to all the shops, activities (balinese dances, Monkey Forest), and nature (rice terraces). The hotel is intimate and luxurious---service is fabulous. Always a smile and assistance if needed.

No cons. Wonderful hotel.

I can't think of anything in particular that I disliked about the hotel. Ubud is not a place that teenagers would care for and the hotel is fairly quiet so families with small children might be restricted. The restaurant was reasonably priced but many choices are available in the area. Overal wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a Balinese dance area right up the street on Monkey Forest Road. No need to drive anywhere - the dance was great.

Don't know if I can really review this hotel. When we arrived at Komaneka Bali we were put into the room where consturction was goin on outside. The room was spacious and pretty, but we didn't want to close the curtain all day since people could easily see in from the constructed site. Requested for another room and had been told that that's the only room available. Were offered for a villa at Komaneka Tangayuda furthered away and we took the offered. In term of the room itself and location, we really loved the Komaneka Bali. Tangayuda was more quiet, far away from everything, but staff was more professional and friendly. Full course breakfast which will fill you until noon.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must try Babi Guling at Ibu Oka opposit the palace
