the personnel of the hotel is amazing. Always a personal touch and helpful and smiling faces. Really the best!!! Breakfast is good but limited in choice. It would be better to have a buffet. We stayed 3 nights in this resort at the end of our 3 week holidays in Bali and it was a really nice way of ending the holidays. Dedicated staff, faboulous rooms, nice garden, direct access to the beach. the style of the rooms is Asian and really it was relaxing. Also the hotel is a ston throw away from the busy Kuta but far enought to rest and be calm at night.

long beach front over looking the blue ocean,,,,terific mosquitos,,,defogging is badly needed i am always accompanying my parents in there trips, it is also me who is planing for them since they are not that familiar as i do, thanks be to God for His guide toward the selection of where to stay in bali, choosing kupo kupo comes up with our expectation, ita a very peaceful place that truly unwind our mind , helps us relax and for a period of 3 days happen to have some changes in life from the very hectic rushing ordinary life,so expect me to surely recomend it to friends and ofcourse the booking must be with Agoda again, thank you for your internet assistance keep up your good services, you help alot and make it so easy for us to plan for our travel needs

its very quite and relaxing. it has around 11 rooms only which makes the staff concentrate their attentions to your service. they even new where we are in the hotel in each time. every one knew us by name. its like you are living in a big house and having allot of people to service you. they provided transportation free of charge to any destination like airport, Kota center, seafood restaurant ...
