The one thing I was disappointed about the hotel is the lack of facility for guests who has a late flight and the hotel lets you use the pool area but there is no private shower/change room to use which made it unpleasant experience.

Families with older children Australia, May 02, 2013	Old, tired and worn none really 5 Having paid for a delux garden room I expected to overlook, or open onto a delux garden - the room was on the 3rd floor and looked over a the roofs of adjoining buildings - no garden. The standard of maintenance was shocking for a supposedly high quality hotel (but standard for bali). The hotel is on the beach, but what is not communicated is that you cannot reach the beach direct from the hotel - That was one of the main reasons for choosing that hotel.
