Very close to town area.walking distance to the most happening area in Kuta. The hotel is quite old,i am a person who is very partial on bathrooms and it does disappoint me.Not clean.Some of the lights are not functioning.I told the reception that i am on honeymoon and request to have better, cleaner room.I was given a room facing bush.The hotel is over-rated.It does not look like a five star to me but 3 star.

The rooms are not to 4 Star expectation ! The location is good, walking distance to Kuta Beach and Hard Rock.

It was very good located in Kuta, near to Kuta Square. It was clean, good breakfast and the roomservice perfect. I didnt like that it was so expensiv 100.000 rupiah for one hour to use the wireless internet and it wasnt access in every room. It was good service in the informationdesk. We liked the pool. The shower in the bathroom was excellent. We are very satisfied with this hotel

Beautiful staff Perfect views great help on tours. on arrival to hotel we were given mocktails whilst waiting to be processed, seated in the most beautiful foyer it was lovely then in the room were flowers comp water. everywhere we went in the hotel the staff took time to get to know who we were so every where we went you would talking to the staff. BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Barter with your driver on price.

Convenience of the location, close to airport and shops.
Friendly & helpful staff. The rooms can be improved. Noticed ants in the room, the air con pipe was blocked and had to call maintenance to clean it, the water did not flow quickly from the shower. For a standard of a 5 star hotel I would have expected it to be better besides the Cons mentioned.
However overall our stay has been very pleasant which was made possible by all staff who were very friendly and helpful and would definitely come back to stay as to the great staff and good location.

Good location to KUTA beach as well as shopping markets. It has the gorgeous entrance and clean room. Also good security. Unfortunately, it does not have a private beach although it is located pretty close to the beach. It have a very gorgeous entrance and nice facility. The location is also very good. A good access to KUTA beach and a big shopping mall. You can also walk to local markets. The hotel has a good hospitality to have accepted my late check out for free (although you need to have the hotel check the availability beforehand.) The one disappointment is no private beach of the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Good access to the big Sogo shopping mall as well as local markets. The hotel has Garuda Indonesia airline branch.

Nice hall and entrance good fountain and a nice pool. The reception was not friendly at all and very impersonal. We liked the stay in the hotel but our first contact was not what it should have been. Later every thing was alright but we liked the stay at the pool. The beach is not that far away, and you have a lot off small shops on the way to it. But it was a pity that they were working on a big pipeline there.
Restaurant Tip : Cafe Local.

Beautiful Foyer, friendly staff, position, cleanliness, good security. Breakfast, often cold and tastless, airconditioning in room very noisy/rattley, minor problems with the toilet, no direct access to the beach. Stayed three days at the Kuta Paradiso in September 2008, overall our stay was good apart from the air conditioner which rattled so much on low it kept us awake, on high it was too noisy to sleep. They supposedly fixed it whilst we had a late dinner, however just as noisy upon our return.
The foyer is very beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The standard of cleaning was excellent, and a late night room service meal of fish was sensational.
Position is very good as it is central to Kuta markets, restaurnts, beach markets. The restaurant out the front serves a beautiful, succulant whole duck, and cold Bintang at a reasonable price.
Restaurant Tip : Try the whole duck, and a cold Bintang.

Close to the beach, and restaurants as well as to Matahari and Discovery. Some loud music and noise from the street during the evening times, but quiet after midnight. Close to the airport and Jimbaran Beach ( nice for seefood at sunset). A good choice all-in-all.

nice multi tier pool and high-ceilinged gym. The rooms facing the garden are a bit ratty and old. If you're looking for a functional place to stay in terms of board and lodging this hotel would fit the bill, as long as you're not too picky. the welcome area/lobby is huge compared to other hotels you might need to orient yourself first. The check-in went like a breeze; buffet breakfast was adequate, you have to specifically ask for bacon because it wont be displayed in the table. the room i got was passable; the drawback is the bathroom which needs to be renovated; and since it is directly opposite the resto with a bar, you won't get to sleep soundly before midnight. they promised to transfer me to a pool view room but they never did; otherwise, it was a good stay.
Shopping Tip : The art/night market is just beside the hotel; be sure to bargain really hard- quote 1/3 of the original price and never pay more than 50% of the quoted price.

Great landscape, great location, and good service. Rooms need a designer, shower needs replacing, and the food needs a big improvement. We changed the hotel room three times in one week. the toilet over flowed while we were out, the shower clogged, the air conditioners let out a strong odour then the one in the second room broke down releasing thick smoke into the room. Was booked into smoking room when I specifically asked for non smoking (am pregnant). First hotel room garden view was a brick wall with three trees-very ugly view. Duty manager up - graded us for free to the junior suite which was the third room. The food was a very big dissapointment catering for certain religions during breakfast. It was boring and bland.
Travel tip : Food and massage are better and cheaper out of the hotel in nearby restaurants.

Complete facilities. Swimming pool was great. Also the gymnasium.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very near to beach. Good spot for surfing. You can get a trainer for surfing with very cheap price.
