I will possibly go back to this hotel due to the location, staff being friendly and helpful.
I will be very specific as to which rooms I do not want now that I have stayed there. My first room's ac leaked and dripped on the floor leaving a small puddle of water. I also notice some mildew in the closet. For this reason I requested a room change. They gladly move me.

not bad for bali standards

second stay there - first one was 10 yrs ago and we chose this location since it was far away from the kuta beach main drag which is one way. . the breakfast which is included not bad at all. fitness ctr is adequate - if not manned during ctr hrs - at least u can still access if doors not locked. security seems present so sense of safety. easy to walk to mini marts and restaurants.
Restaurant Tip:
same jpnse rest in hotel has many other locations off property. the off property restauratns do no thave the ++ govt tax and svc charges.

The Worst hotel in Bali with Rude STAFF

Guys i have worst experience in this Hotel.The Staff at reception is very rude & make you wiat for half & hour to attend even there is o customer.The hotel isuue only 1 Door Key,mns if 1 pary goes out in Night then other party have to follow or stay in dark or dont go out.Near the Lift of Every floor they put 2 Sofa to sit which people use in late nights and drink beer.It will spoil our good night sleep like the people arein our room their voice ECHO as the floors are empty.Dont ever assk hotel to arange taxi for you as they have their own rented place at enterance which they charge you 300 times more than usual rate & they do not use taxi Meter.If you refuse their demand they show their anger.Do you want to Visit this Hotel again?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
beware of rude staff,bad service & fixed Tots for comissions to arrange Taxi & they do not provide Transfer as well.Dont ever visit this hotel.

Lokasi hotel strategis, dekat dengan mall discovery, dekat pasar tradisional, namun keliaan agak tua, perlu renovasi dan bebenah. Saat saya menginap sedang dilakukan renovasi di beberapa tempat, mudah mudahan kedepannya sudah lebih baik. Pelayanannya ramah, dan enaknya menyediakan fasilitas antar jemput bandara yang gratis, lumayan buat yang mau berhemat. Karena posisi hotel dekat kemana mana, cukup jalan kaki saja sambil menikmati suasana kuta yang ramai tp nyaman. Makanan pagi rasa makanannya lumayan tapi kurang variasi. Hotel perlu meningkatkan layanan service di hotelnya kepada para customer.

Dari kamar dilantai 4 bisa memandang laut, kalau dapat kama yang view ocean
