Was a wonderful stay until the last day

Everything was great, a perfect stay really until sadly when we checked out. as we put our bags into the storage area I realised I'd misplaced my iPhone 5. From the time we'd checked all our bags and called the phone a number of times then went back and checked the room, I then used my "find my iPhone app on my iPad and found the phone had been taken to a location about 2klm away. I then had a talk with the general manger and showed him what was going on. He apologised and said there was nothing he could do. So I locked the phone down through the same app with a nice message letting whoever know that we new the location of the phone and we'd be in contact. Several hours later I checked again on the app and it was back at the hotel reception! We returned to the hotel and met with the general manager again who swore to me that they found it in the room. Happily I took my phone back and left. Just a sad end to a really nice stay.
