Nice hotel, excellent location
7.3
Hotel staff was mostly very friendly and polite except for a very rude staff in the restaurant. When I asked nicely for milk, she muttered, "over there" and vaguely pointed without even looking at me. She wasn't busy. Other than a couple of unpleasant experiences with her, our stay was rather nice. Our room was decent and was cleared of mozzies, being on the top floor. We had a nice balcony where you could enjoy hanging out. Bathroom wasn't designed well though. When taking showers, the water would leak down the shower head onto the bathtub tiles and down the bathroom floor. Location was excellent! Right across the beach, numerous restaurants and Kuta's infamous nightlife. Right price for the right star rating. Oh, and skip their spa.
Restaurant Tip:
At Poppies Lane - You'll find a restaurant bar with excellent service and good food. I cant remember the name :( but it just opened in 2012 and it states so on their restaurant sign. Just beside Dewi Spa.

Oasis in the middle of Kuta
Very good service and great location

The hotel service is excellent. They have a very high rating on Trip adviser for a reason. The room was very nice and the bathroom was great. Massive bath and separate shower.
Chilling by the pool with the waiter bringing the cocktails over is a rather nice way to spend an afternoon.
The hotel is right opposite Kuta beach and very near all the bars and nightclubs. Far enough away to avoid the Kuta mayhem! The free foot massage when you check in is also good. Obviously works as we booked a full body as soon as it was over.
The breakfast buffet is also very good. Wide selection and a nice setting :)

Well located across beach old yet livable
Close to Kuta beach, nice lounge area, fantastic masseure
6.7
We expected the hotel to be a bit more fresh and large in terms of landscape and overall decor.
To start with were a bit disappointed, as it seemed more of a budget hotel then a luxry one.
Nonetheless, overall experience was nice, staff is hospitable, Spa service is fanstastic.. best we had so far, food and drinks are pretty good as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must plan Bali for 4-5 days and see temples around sunset for scenic beauty.
If you like Animals, Zoo safari is nice option as well.
visit ubud for shopping

Very nice hotel with traditional style & character
The rooms style and character
9.7
We stayed at the Kuta Seaview after spending 4 nights at the Hard Rock just up the road which we had left due to poor quality rooms. The Kuta was most uplifting, very nice rooms, and they had immediately given us an upgrade...which is always nice. Loads of character and makes you feel like you are in Bali rather than a hotel any place in the world. You wouldn't have realised you on the main road which is pretty much always traffic jam

Eveything is perfect
good location, convenient facility and nice food
7.7
It's close to the beach and in the downtown of Kuta, the swimming poor is wonderful and close to the canteen, room is ok but aircon is too cold.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You may work along to the beach to the north direction till you reach the local shopping mall, lots of restaurants, shops and also cinema available over there.

My stay started with a rude interaction by the man checking me in - he simply seemed uninterested, unable to listen to what I needed to say. The rooms are looking tired but the bed is comfortable. The other thing I think must be noted is that the internet is advertised as 'available' in public areas but you are made to pay $2.40 for an hour, that is, there is no free internet available at all. I won't stay here again as there are too many other hotels much newer & nicer for similar prices in the same area.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The pool is in the restaurant area so when you bath or sunbake you are being watched by all. Postive for some I guess but a negative for me.
