The resort was overall good and value for money except that there were mosquitos flying around in the room and there wasnt free WIFI.

The SeaView Rooms are more a rooftop view with sea glimpses. I really wasn't worth walking up the giant stairs.

Overall, I liked it.

The beach is across the street. I would prefer to be on the beach. An "ocean view" room is probably not worth the price, since you cannot actually see the ocean, there are trees, rooftops in the way. The breakfast was uninspiring, however I was able to get an omelet made to order and there was a good selection of pastries, which is sufficient. There was no elevator and we were on the third floor, however I enjoyed the exercise, others might not like it...

A short stay at Kuta, Bali.
Location, SPA, just opposite to the Kuta Beach.

After our assignment at Nusa Dua,we decide to stay a few days at Kuta, and search from Agoda that Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort&Spa has a good reveiw and the price was acceptable for us.
The first thing we were disappointed was no free wifi either room or lobby(only at the restaurant).The next day,we found that the water came from the tap was dirty,we have to use drinking water when we brush teeth.
The buffet breakfast was not much choice and almost the same dish every morning.
The only good point is the location .
Dining,hotel rates at Kuta are extremely higher than previously (I do not know other place at Bali),that is not comfort for tourist.

Great Staff which made the stay very enjoyable

Stayed here for 6 nights and am overall very pleased! We were upgraded from the Lanai Deluxe room to one with a Oceanview!
It was also my girlfriends birthday and upon request the hotel provided a delicious birthday cake free of charge for her!
Only downside was our bathroom - more specifically our shower in the bath tub which caused the bathroom to flood.......the issue was not solved in the 6 nights! Overall I however I would recommend this hotel!

One thing i hate most is the wifi excess are not available in the room. In-order to gain excess to room WIFI, we need to pay for it. This is terrible!Please look into this matter seriously as it is so unfair to your hotel guest as WIFI is so cheap. One more serious problem is the room air condition are is bad shape. The air cond is not cold , it feel like it is a fan rather than being an air cond. My room was 213, please look into this matter than your hotel will be much more apprecaited.

Superb Hotel with great facilities

Stayed here for 6 nights and was overall very pleased with the hotel and its facilities! We were upgraded from the lanai deluxe to the lanai deluxe sea view......... not a great difference as you can only get a glimpse of the ocean - but still a nice addition!
Rooms are big and have all the extras you need! Breakfast is good with a wide variety of food - this however doesnt change on a daily basis, so may get a bit boring after 2-3 days!

If you want to experience Kuta and it's nighlife while staying in a nice hotel which is conveniently located then this is the place! We wanted a holiday that benefits both from being able to go out and relaxing the way you would imagine Bali to be!
