Boutique hotel in a beautiful garden setting
Well appointed room located in a tropical rainforest setting in the middle of Kuta!

The Kuta Seaview came recommended by a regular Bali traveller and we were not disappointed. As it was our first visit to Bali we didn't know what to expect but the hotel staff made us welcome and gave great service throughout our stay. I liked the fact the hotel was on the smaller side which meant we didn't have walk for miles to get to our room and I think made service a lot quicker than other hotels I have stayed at.
We didn't see any of the other room types but I can definitely recommend the Premiere Deluxe Suite. The king size four post bed had an excellent mattress and the 42" plasma was wall mounted to be viewable in any part of the room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant (Italian) and the food was excellent. You wouldn't think so by looking at the menu which was a bit cheap looking but the food was a good as we have had in fine dining establishments. The complimentary afternoon tea was very basic compared to other hotels in the price range, teabag tea, mini pizzas and cookies so you will probably only have it once so it doesn't add much value.
The hotel is very well located for shopping with Poppies Lane 1 & 2 and Legian St within walking distance. Being situated on a one way street can make taxi's a bit more of a hassle but it is the same for all the hotels on this part of the beach front.

Nice enough hotel...in a central location.
Had a great dinner at the Hotel's restaurant, where the Head Chef went above and beyond to make us happy!

The hotel is looking a bit tired, but that could also have been us at that point in our trip. Anyway, it fit the bill - not too expensive, centrally located and close to the airport for our departure.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Italian head chef did variations on the menu's options, so we could have an authentic italian meal at the end of 3 wks of eating Indonesian food. It was superb...and his personal touch of coming to our table and helping us select a wine was great.

great location with ok rooms

our room was on the 3rd level, room was ok nothing too fancy but with no lift access :o( perfect location, across the road from the beach, within walking distance to everything!

Great Location and Nice Service.

Great staying during HoneyMoon Period. Have a great holidays with couple.The hotel is near to the beach and also Kuta Center area. Walking distance to Mc Donald and Cafeteria. I like the breakfast too much. Nice swimming Pool. However no air con for the waiting hall and also expensive using hotel phone to call out to Indonesia HandPhone.

the hotel has a good location and is easy access to all areas of kuta.
the hotel is like most - good reception but the rooms were standard. no hot water though! good views of the back of another building!

Beautiful Hotel that is just beside the beach

the beach is the reason why me and my gf chosen this hotel and it is proven to be a good choice. on top of that, the hotel was clean and nicely designed.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel restaurant was a bit expensive, but it serve good food

on arrival at the resort we found everything in order, plus more than we expected. great service and very friendly staff,very helpful in all matters. the suite we had we had was to die for, huge bed and the ambience of this resort is something else, also the gardens are immaculate, so clean. the whole experience of our stay was nothing short of supurb, gladly recommend any one to stay at kuta seaview,we will go back again,,but it's worth every cent. so go and enjoy, you will be pleasantly suprised.
Hotel Feature Tip:
When you get to the bar, ask them to put your binyang beers on ice,as they do warm up pretty quick. Also have the seafood platter from the restaurant, value for money
