Buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were nice new bathrooms plasma tv. pool lounges very comfy!! A few mosquitos, no shade on the pool till late arvo. Thats about it. We really enjoyed our stay at Kuta Seaview cottages. When we first arrived all the staff were lovely, they upgraded us for free because we had a baby. The rooms were great, new bathroom plasma tv good airconditioning. The buffet breakfast was amazing! It needs to have a bigger pool but there is plenty of pool lounges that are really comfy with lots of cusions. This hotel is very central right across the road from the beach and in between poppies 1 and poppies 2 shopping streets. Really enjoyed our stay!!!
Shopping Tip : Right in the middle of all the shopping!!!

We arrived after an arduous 13hr travel day, to be greeted in a way that many Bali visitors dream about. Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere which washed all our stresses away. First class restaurant & facilities. Perfect management. If your visiting Bali on a medeium budget, this is the place to stay. Centre of main beach of Kuta, but far enough from the noise to sleep very deeply. We will be back next year. thanks agian...
Travel tip : Great bikes/ scooters 20 metres away.

Brilliant Location, very nice rooms. Great TV, channels and DVD! Very Modern. Small pool area, shortage of sunbeds. Brilliant hotel with great location, very modern & smart rooms with every amenitie! Good bar area with good music every night. A+

Great staff, good food, nice layout, comfy seats/sun loungers etc no stubby holders for your beer! Located right on the main rd opposite the Beach, The Seaview Cottage is a very nice place to be in Kuta which as you will probably know is a bit of a riot at times. The layout of the Hotel and its bungalows etc is very nice, a real oasis in the madness of Kuta. The Italian restaurant offers very nice food although somewhat small portions of lasagne. They also don't have stubby holders for your beers which would def help. All in all though, a lovely hotel with great staff whi can't do enough for you and a great pool area to chill out / sweat out any hangovers. If you're going to Kuta, i'd certainly recommend considering here....

- they boasted of this garden but honestly it is very ugly looking and it was the reason probably why there are lots of mosquito there.
- no internet, honestly there should be free internet at the price we are paying

The room was full of mosquitoes and spiders, in fact you could call it their temple. Rooms were not clean, very old and bathroom had a horrible smell. Staff was terrible, didn't want to serve nor help anybody. We had to change room (made an upgrade that cost us USD 120) and then hotel. Wouldn't recommend it even if it was for free. No lifts and the room was in the third floor. When checking out, they treated us as we had stolen a towel and it was their mistake (they didn't replace it when they "clean up" the room in the morning. By the way, Sea View? Better buy a postcard! Horrible hotel, by far the worst I've ever been in my life. Never make the mistake of ruining your holidays at Bali in such a bad place. Better go to Hard Rock (where we went after) for not much of a difference. Staff is terrible and does not match with all of the other people in Bali. REALLY DON'T COME HERE.

mosquito net around the bed, good location, best breakfast, nice, jazzy pool no toilet brush, construction works from 8 am to 9 pm every day A nice hotel in the middle of Kuta beach which means a lot of activities all day. Silent room (besides of cornstruction), money-worth, best breakfast with grand choice of food, beverages and sweets. Very comfortable pool-area with lounge music all day and easy access to all the facilities Kuta can offer. English is not always understood. Shopping possible everywhere around.
Restaurant Tip : Breakfast is perfect.

Pool. building work happening in hotel Kuta Seaview Cottage is a nice resort hotel opposite Kuta beach. It's location is ideal for popping across the road to the beach, and very convenient for all the local bars & restaurants & shopping! The breakfast provided is great. The staff were very co-operating when we needed to change our room due to some building works being done at the hotel & even provided us with a meal voucher.

location - beach front, most convenient for water sports such as surfing I had an absolutly enjoyable experience during my stay with Kuta Seaview cottages hotel. In particular for my purpose of kuta surfing, it's a marvelous accommodation. The overal facilicity and service standard have met the requirements of a hotel in its class. To be exact, it's excllent value for money. The Intalian restaurant Rosso Vivo not only has lively ambiance, the food is authentic and delicious. It's a lovely set up for drinks and/or food any time of the day. Kuta seaview cottage hotel will certainly be my first choice whenever I return to surf in Kuta area.
Restaurant Tip : The Kuta foodcourt is an excellent choice for collection of Asian cusine. And the Dunkin Donets is right near by. Yumm.

location, F&B, hotel standard Look accross the street from the hotel, there's the Kuta beach right in front of your eyes. It can not be any more ideal for sunset relaxation or checking out the surf waves. What a location! I'm very satisfied with the hotel facility and service standard. The ongoing face-lift of the hardware and personnel will spice up the hotel characteristics even more. Let me not forget to point out Rosso Vino Italian restaurant in the hotel. Food/drinks is brilliant, and the ambiance is one of the kind. I shall return.
Restaurant Tip : poppies one and kuta foodcourt are in walking distance to the hotel; in which you'd find variation of great asian cusine, and good choices of wesern cooking.

friendly and helpful stuff, convenient location on the beach and everything in walking reach. Great restaurant currently renovating the hotel a little noise at times throughout the day Convenient location on the beach and a short walk to the heart of Kuta and Legian, Close to the late night entertainment venues. Hotel feels a little lacking to be a 4 star hotel maybe due to room being smaller then it's looks in the photo's, but a excellent 3 star hotel feel. Great place to relax by the pool quite and nice with a bit of music. The hotel in a whole is quite at night. The hotel restaurant has excellent food and a must for one nights dinner.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room as far away from the other rooms being renovated at the time of your stay if available due to noise

- in front at teh beach
- clean and nice i booked a premiere deluxe pool side. The room, bungalow style, was very nice and big: clean, good shower, king size bed, nice balcony, plasma tv. Swimming pool is great and the restaurant too besides pool is lovely. Staff is polite and gentle. The beach in kuta is not so nice as i expected, but good for surfers. Around hotel shops and restaurant. I can suggest you this hotel. also security at hotel is perfect
