- location near the beach.
- the Italian chef was great. - the hotel was in renovation and there was noise.
- we pay for 4 gala dinners and we have received only 2. The employees were not very friendly also the rooms it was very noisy because the hotel was in renovation. Another problem it was with the dinner galas, we pay four diner gala and we received only two and we did not received very clear information why. The rooms are clean. We appreciate also that the pool was clean. The Italian chef was good.The location it is good because it is near the beach and shops.

Nearby to city and beach! and have a nice pool! Room looks quite old, looks dirty but actually is clean... dissapointed i was having a stay at Kuta Seaview Cottage Hotel on December 2008. Before entering the hotel, I was quite happy the location, because its so nearby the city, shoplots and beach. When entering the hotel, the security had given me a very safety feeling by their very straight checking for all vehicles. I had greet by very polite receptionists. But, one thing i was not happy is the hotel room, its look so old for everything, even the bathroom as well. Just a bit dissapointed on this. But anywhere, out of the room, the environment of the hotel is consider 4 stars rating, very nice restaurant which just beside a pool, and the pool view is so so nice when night time. This is my review, overally, i would say, its still worth to stay at this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel swimming pool! especially night time!

Near to the beach and good location, good breakfast. A bit noisy, floor of the hotel room are pretty sticky, hotel staff are not really friendly and helpful seeing that we are carry a huge luggage. Well, the hotel are situated at the good location. Local transport are pretty easy. Lots of souvenir shop located along Poppies Lane I & II. Floor of the hotel rooms are not really clean. It is a bit sticky and not comfortable. But the breakfast served was great.

Good food and in the middle of the city and near to the beach. It is a nice hotel from where you could both do shopping and stay at the beach. The hotel has a friendly staff and good restaurant. The breakfast was really good with lots of different variations to choose between. This is the place to go if you just arrived to Bali or if you are going to leave.

Great location, pretty quiet in the cottage room, good for rest and you can wake up a bit later until the house keeping staff knock on your door even though you already put do not disturb sign. The hotel staff are very unfriendly especially with Asian guest(even though i am paying the bills and under my name).The house keeping staff are lazy, they do not clean the floor properly(shall i say never) cause we've found some dirt that were already there the first day we arrived and it was still there till the day we were checking out. They do not clean the bathroom properly, specially around the toilet, often we've found wet floor on the corner or the bathroom. We are very sorry to say this but we were just not happy with the service. For the amount of money we paid we could have gotten a better service. Holiday it supposed to be fun. Would be much nicer and much more fun with very helpful hotel staff with beautiful smile, so please give us some smile.
Nightlife Tip : Ocean Beach Club, the best club in Kuta ever, don't miss it!

-not the most helpful staff The hotel was in a fantastic spot next to the beach great restaurant and shopping areas. Lovely pool. Rooms are well looked after. There was definitely a great value for money in the accommodation. To eat and drink at the hotel was expensive so most of the time you have to eat out and can’t really afford to have a drink by the pool. The other down fall was there is no swim up bar if you are looking for that. Staff help was average; some were very then others not so. All in all pretty good and would consider going back.
Restaurant Tip : Fantastic restaurant just round the corner called the tree house. Really cheap, great food and really nice food!

rooms very clean and tidy, excellent swimmingpool, excellent food and very helpfull staff cost off cottage rooms can be a bit over the top all in all a really good hotel to stay in , ideally located for beach, bars, and all the shops, rooms are very clean and well furnished, the resturant has a great variety of food, the pool is excellent for those lazy days and chilling out, staff are so friendly and helpfull, i would have no problems in staying here again and hope to do so in the near future. gary b from uk
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : shop around for any of the tour available, prices do vary a bit, you can always haggle, same goes for when your shopping for gifts, never except the price they stat with, they just try their luck

j'ai aimée la piscine, le bar et le restaurant je n'est pas trop aimée le troisième lit dans la chambre que l'ont a installé devant nous. ce n'était même pas pret. l'hotel est très bien situé, juste en face de la plage kuta beach. l'accueil est sympatique, les chambres sont comfortable un petit peu petite mais juste ce qu'il faut. le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est très complet.le restaurant de l'hotel est bien, les plats sont excellents et pas cher du tout. Je vous recommande cet hotel pour les jeunes couples ou ceux qui y vont entre amis.

The location is the beach in front of POPIZU street, the street is just 2 POPIZU Cart, very helpful. A little noisy at night.
Convenience stores were higher, not so close to supermarkets and other inconveniences?

Good location but thats about it! What can we say - we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. We booked into our first room and on the first night my husband found two cockroaches in the bathroom. We complained to the staff and they gave us another room, however this too had a cockroach in the bathroom...we were not happy.
They finally moved us to a suitable room which was ok - however we were always checking to make sure it was free of pests!!! They did a spray test during our stay to kill any pests...apparenly they do this regularly due to the tropical climate...but I wouldn't reccomend this hotel...it made our stay in Kuta a bit unpleasant.

I dont suggest this cottage for one who wants a peaceful holiday because at night you can hear music from nearest club. But for one who looks for excitement of Kuta nightlife, I think you can choose this.
Travel tip : If you don't like stairs, don't request high level room.

They should give the rooms a renovation. All staff should maintain a higher level of services to customer. Regular maintenance check to the rooms for any defects.
