It was awesome. The rooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and know me by name. The 24 hours butler service was great. Saved us lotsa hassle and money by shuttling us around Seminyak. There was DVD rental and good quality toiletries. Free cocktail drinks every evening as well as the good spread of breakfast every morning. I cant stop raving about the hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Bali!

Very personal service at this hotel with Butler service and very friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel. We had a few nice little suprises for us throughout our short stay. wont tell you what they were. we might spoil that for you.
Will deffinately go back when in Bali again.
Thanks to the person that mentioned to goto the Thai next door, it was fantastic and very authentic. Potato Head was a deffinate if you want to spend the day relaxing by the pool/beach.
