Breakfast, Staff and Rooms 9.3 Very personal service at this hotel with Butler service and very friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel. We had a few nice little suprises for us throughout our short stay. wont tell you what they were. we might spoil that for you. Will deffinately go back when in Bali again. Thanks to the person that mentioned to goto the Thai next door, it was fantastic and very authentic. Potato Head was a deffinate if you want to spend the day relaxing by the pool/beach.

(1) attentive staff; (2) clean rooms; (3) food and drinks 9 Overall I had a very pleasant stay at the L Hotel. The only ding was that the first room I was put in had a putrid odor in the bathroom that quickly spread to the rest of the room. I complained, and the staff immediately put me in another room. The remainder of my stay was fantastic

Solo travelers Australia, March 29, 2013	Nice hotel but a let down Great amenities, comfy bed, big breakfast 6.7 This is a well marketed hotel with lots of great aspects but overall i was disappointed. Walls are really thin and i could hear everything going on next door. I opted for the Legian suite (the bigger room) and it was tiny. You can't really use the pool. The cleaning staff came in to my room at 7am one morning without knocking. On the plus side, fantastic amenities, complimentary cocktails and mini bar and the spa is really affordable. Only about a 10 min walk in to seminyak or they'll drive you anywhere.

Rooms are really nice and clean, although a little on the small side especially the toilet area. Other than that, no issues, very clean and modern. Breakfast was outstanding and Thai restauarant next door which looks like a hole in the wall is unbelieveable.

Location, friendly service 10 We stayed here for 3 nights.The staff here are forever friendly and helpful. - and I do not only mean the front desk. Everyone we ran into that worked in the hotel was cheerful and friendly. We did not have one bad experience here. The additional service that comes with our stay really does make staying in L worthwhile. - Breakfast is included and it was superb. We were not disappointed at all - Daily free drink and canapés at the Rooftop Bar. - And the selection of drinks were good and so were the canapés. More too often, the free drinks at other hotels are watered down. Definitely not the case in L - Free shuttle around Seminyak area - We explored quite a bit around Seminyak area and only once was the hotel not able to arrange for a pick up. - We took a cab and the front desk paid for our fare - Personalized butler service - They were not kidding that you have a butler at your service 24/7. Our butler, Eka, was fantastic. - Personal mobile phone - Part of the service is that the hotel will issue you a local mobile phone so that you can call for pick up or speak to your butler - Free ironing: The hotel offers free ironing of up to 4 pieces of clothing per day. By the time we were back, our clothes were hanging in our closet. - Free mini-bar use: they provide sodas and juices and
