Big rooms but very far from the city

The hotel is too far from the city i.e from teh main Nusa Dua hub. While booking we thought its quite near to the Nusa Dua beach but its very far from Nusa Dua and this resort is in some University campus. Its on kind of hill and very lonely. There is nothing around the resort, means no shopping area, no restaurants nothing.
Not worth for the money and very far from city. Its very difficult to hire a two wheeler as you cannot return late night as the streets are very dark and also the university campus is very dark.

I honestly didnt want to leave, It was a very nice relaxing place away from all the stress of todays bali, but free shuttle bus to main city near by where great food shopping and people is available, alot better then kuta,
And for all your transport needs this man here is very honest and does not hassle you

hotel on top of the hill which bring u great view. but location wise, a bit far from town. should improve on water heating equipment and put bigger tv because the management should expect those stay there to be in room during night time.
Travel tip:
get a transport if you want to go for night life

So quite. You can wake up with a sing of bards in the morning. Also nice san rise. Not so far from beach with taxi. Clean room, good staff, good breakfirst.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jari Menari Spa - Really really good massage provided by only men therapist. 15mins from this hotel. Best massage in my life.

we were at Bali for 4 days, an it was a very nice vacation. I admitted a seminar at those days, and the location a bit far away from our hotel. But,I have no worry, because they settled us a mobile transportation. Also when the seminar ends at night, they still picked me up without complaining. awesome service!
The room we spent, also very nice, with the mountain view, and large bed, definitely we recommend everybody to stay here.

The hotel was good especially swimming pool and view from the top. but the hotel is too quiet maybe they has to do more market.
they gave suttle to bali collection in anytime and they can pick up in anytime.
the location is inside the tourist school of Bali.

Quiet place but location is not good

had a 2d1n stay here with my colleague, this hotel is quite a distance from nusa dua town area and it is located inside a campus compound. not convenient especially during the night where you need to walk 3-4 mins to the entrance of the main campus or roadside. the occupancy rate in hotel wasn't high, hence it is quiet in lobby, walkway & lounge area. wifi is super bad, need an upgrade, tried to send emails but couldn't go through at all.
hotel room is spacious. we stayed in a superior room, air cond wasn't cold enough during night time. i'm sweating when sleeping at night! the bathroom is big, but feels eerie, perhaps not bright enough? the bathroom is so big but only have 1 small yellow dim light to support the whole bathroom. we don't even dare to shower during night time.

Off the beaten track, beware of advertising

We stayed at the Langon and the first thing we noticed was there was hardly anyone there! The breakfast every morning was a bonus, the staff spoke moderate English and helped us with our bags. The downsides were that even though advertised on the Langon website, there is NO spa facility and also NO minibar - instead we found an empty frdge with some lollies/ants in it. The pool is divine and very peaceful. This resort is in the middle of a university campus and a side project for some of the students, did not know this before. Next time we will be staying closer to Kuta but this area is out of the way and good to come back to at the end of a busy day!
Restaurant Tip:
Nusa Dua Beach, De Opera Bali. Serves the most amazing Japanese food and an A+++++ venue, breathtaking at night! Highly recommended!
