Clean big rooms but bad air conditioning

Very big spacious & clean rooms with a very good ambience. Split unit Air condition was really bad, called the maintenance a couple of times and matter not resolved until my departure day.
Breakfast was really bad, on 3 same dishes for the 4 nights i stayed there.
Location was good, as it was near to airport and walking distance to legian happenings.
We were asked to pay for the airport transfer on the return day, as arrival day was complimentary. That was shocking as well, as we assume was part of the package.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a bike for 24 hours which costs about 10 usd, as the roads are having bad traffic. Best way to move around is using a bike. the locals are friendly and you may get directions easily to move around to all the top attractions. We rode to tanah lot , nusa dua , seminyak etc.

this is an excellent hotel for those traveling having short stays in different cities: just a few minutes away from the airport, impeccable transfer & excellent service, swimming pool, spa & restaurant serving indonesian or international cuisine. a block away – couple of minutes walking - there is a huge mall for last minute purchases.

Saya menginap di Lavender Luxury Resort & Spa selama 2 malam. Saya menyukai interior kamar yang berwarna sama dengan nama hotel yaitu Lavender dan perabotnya yang terbuat dari kayu. Hal ini membuat suasana kamar menjadi sedikit berbeda dari hotel-hotel yang pernah saya tempati sebelumnya. Kamarnya bersih dan luas. Tetapi ketika saya memeriksa peralatan di dalam kamar, saya mendapati kotak korek api penuh dengan tulisan kata-kata makian. Ini mungkin keteledoran pihak cleaning service yang tidak mempersiapkan kamar dengan baik. Hal lain adalah bak mandi yang sedikit pecah di bagian ujungnya. Layanan kamar sangat baik karena staffnya tanggap dengan apa yang saya maksudkan. Tetapi untuk staff di restaurant beberapa ramah tetapi beberapa pasif. Hal lain yang menjadi nilai plus adalah bahwa hotel ini memiliki shuttle bus yang akan mengantarkan para pengunjung hotel ke pusat keramaian kuta. Supirnya on time dan sangat informatif.

Selama 1 hari 1 malam saya menginap di hotel ini saya mendapatkan kenyamanan dalam beristirahat, dan untuk perjalanan traveling cukup dekat dengan pantai Kuta. Sayangnya pilihan menu breakfastnya tidak banyak. Letak hotel yang dekat dengan jalan raya, memudahkan kita untuk bepergian kapanpun dengan taxi maupun kendaraan lain. Kalau kita rindu akan makanan Padang, di dekat hotel ada restoran Padang terbaik dengan harga terjangkau. Kalau tidak punya banyak waktu untuk mencari souvenir, tepat di seberang hotel ada toko souvenir yang menawarkan beragam souvenir Bali..

Hotel ini terletak di dekat persimpangan dewa ruci sehingga tempatnya cukup strategis.hanya 15 menit dari bandara.wifi dalam kamar free (ini fasilitas favorit saya). Tersedia juga shuttle bus ke discovery mall dan pantai kuta (drop off only)pelayanannya ramah dan membantu.dan satu lagi, jika kita keluar dari gerbang belakang hotel, kita akan bisa sampai di joger dalam waktu 5 menit dengan jalan kaki..
