Great swimming pools, nice rooms. Many staff unable to speak English, the nightly buffets not having the food as advertised. The staff unable to make proper cocktails. We had a good time at the hotel as a large family but it was a little upsetting that the staff could not speak good enough English to guide you where to shop at the markets. To take the complimentary shuttle is a waste to the Discovery Mall. The Tanah Lot market is very good. The food was poor due to the resort not having many of the ingredients as advertised and never thought to tell you this when we booked. Also the cocktail happy hour was disaster, again tried to sell cocktails without all the mixes and at full price! Felt ripped off. It is a great resort, but far out, but we made use of a driver that was at our disposal for the whole 3 weeks. Overall we had a great holiday, the hotel just needs to make sure they offer what they say, specially since it is not cheap to eat at the hotel.

the food its very delicious and the view,the pool everything there is nice. first the place is very nice it makes you feel relaxed at home. the view is really amazing you will see the beauty of nature and the culture, the service is good. when you first arrived they will give you something to welcome you but when you will leaved nothing. the food is very delicious and I really enjoyed it. thank you very much.
