Very cheap hotel but very comfort one around busy street. No noise, safe and clean. The hotel is well located and accessible to anywhere you want to go. Hotel staff are very kind and trustful.

It is good to book online. Once you are in the hotel and would like to extend your stay you have to pay double the price.
Close to beach (5 min walk), close to Kuta centre (20min walk), hot and cold water.
It is not a high standard hotel! I did enjoy it but I do not need much to be happy. It is good value for money. It is hard to find another hotel with same standard for same price.
Bed was a bit too soft for me.

I stayed at this hotel with my 14 year old son on a surfing holiday and generally the hotel met are criteria: that being cheap and near the beach. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the other guest friendly as well. However, our room, which was an annex about a five minute walk away, was not very welcoming. The beds were in a bad state and the bath was very old and badly chipped - so much in fact that we never used it. But, to be fair we did take the cheapest rooms and the more expensive rooms may of been much nicer.
The hotel was in a good location, very near the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was very cheap.
The room was in a poor state with the bathroom being very uninviting.
