Excellent room and and pool side area

Twiga Suite was an excellent room to sit back and relax in however it was about a 5 minute walk to the pool so if you like spending time by the pool chose a poolside room especially if your children are going to swim alot.

We stayed 1 night and for the price of the accommodation, was not too impressed with the general facilities. The animals were scarce and only a couple of each type. The rooms although clean could use a freshen up. The restaurant has a lovely menu but by Bali standards overpriced for portions. One night was plenty as not to much to do after everything has been seen.

i personally like the hotel very much. nice spacious rooms.not too pack especially in the pool area. very quiet n peaceful. good location. the hotel nanny we hired was veryy friendly and nice, my son really enjoyed. we will definitely come back n stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and experience. Should have stayed 3 nights to make the most of the experience and pool. Swimming with Zebras and rhino's in the back ground was a treat.

Absolutely fantastic

When we arrive we were upgraded to a twiga room. The rooms are great they have everything in them that you many need. Clean towels robes slippers tea coffee small fridge. Our large bed looked straight out on to the animals grazing. The spacious shower also looks out on to the animals. There is a mosquito net covering the bed. The restuarnt is a little more expensive than the usual in Bali But well worth it the food is of a very high standard tastes great we had breakfast (buffet) lunch and dinner there. While you eat the lions wander around the front of the resturant. You need to book in advance to get a window seat for breakfast and dinner to see the lions better. The safari park is amazing we paid extra and did the 4x4 tour and would recommend everyone do this. It was about an hour of one on one feeding of the animals. Try to sit behind the driver as this is where you will get the better photos. Make sure you are at the front desk at 7pm to get your photo taken with animal of the day. Overall I will be going back next time I visit Bali

Definately do the 4x4 tour is was amazing. One meal at the restuarnt to see the lions is a must

Bali Agung show, animals and staff

The Bali Agung show details the history of Bali and well worth a look. The animal displays and shows are great, but night safari wasn't worth . The rooms were great and the view was excellent. Meals were five star as well as staff.

park could open a bit earlier for guests before the day trippers come in. milkshakes in the resturant are lovely. the meals are pricey but well worth the money

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel. Our only criticism would be the amount of mosquitos and bugs that were in our room. The roll away bed was not very comfortable - many uncomfortable springs. The dining experience was awesome. Would stay here again.
