Bad Customer Service from "Money Manager"

Design and ambience of the hotel is comfortable. Convenient location at the centre of Kuta shopping area and walking distance to Sea side.

Structure and fittings are very old. Bad customer services from :- 1. "Money Manager" -Non-stop gossipping from Cafe, house keeping and until reception area. (Overheard is not instruction to staff) 2. Receptionist (man) - when you dont buy their proposed "rent car" offer, attitude changed straight away. Of course, there are still many employees are of good customer services.

I was given a room next to a laundary room, whole nite long there was noise from water dripping, water pump. Washing machine start running at 5am. Asked for a room change, the "Money Manager" commented that she do not care if the guest sleep well or not, as she has not been sleeping for 7 days. Overall, all staff is fine and polite without the presence of the "Money Manager".

excellent price/service. poor breakfast. in the middle of Kuta's nightlife, so expect to have some noise till late.
