Old decoration in room both of bathroom, air condition and very fewer breakfast.
Need to change Air condition and developing all accesseries in the room.

Great, central location. Very friendly staff.
Rooms are not new but in decent condition. Certainly reasonable given the price.
Good value relative to other options in the area. Close to all Kuta nightlife but still quiet and far enough off the main road to be relaxing. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. If you're on a budget and want a central location and no major hassles or surprises this is a very good option.
