Great location and staff, okay rooms, dirty beach

This is a stay for real rest and relaxation. Quiet with lovely resort grounds. Main hotel pool too hot though pool by the beach great.
Restaurant Tip:
Stadium restaurant not far from the resort - great food. Fantastic service.

Great location, friendly staff, very slow service

I had contacted the hotel via email to ensure a cot was in our room prior to arrival (received return confirmation) as our arrival time was when our baby needed to be asleep for the night after our flight.
When we arrived at the hotel the reception staff were slow in serving the waiting guests. When we were served I asked if the cot was in the room & was advised no. The checking process was very, very slow to the point that I told the guy that we needed to get to our room so our baby could sleep.
We waited about 30 min for the cot to be delivered to the room after calling reception to follow up.
All staff were very friendly & room was cleaned very well.
Location is excellent, great pools, but no gyms.

Give the hotel breakfast a miss, very basic & you can get a better breakfast across the road

This hotel is beatifully placed on Sanur beach very close to water sports and variety of differnet priced restaurants on the beach and on the streets behind. My room was clean and spacious and nice balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok - average for 4 star hotel

Very peaceful hotel. i like the rooms a lot as it is very spacious with a huge balcon. they have a very good nanny which helps us a lot in entertaining our son while we rest. i would definitely come back to stay there again as it is very tranquil. the pool area is also not too crowded.

Nice hotel for family and honeymooners! The location that just infront of the beach brings a good relaxation to you and your family. Souvenirs also available surround the hotel. But selection of food during breakfast was so less compare to the price. The traditional massage service on the beach is the best additional service as well as the yoga center.

Nice hotel but not a good location in bali

we requested for a connected room and we get it once we checked in the hotel,
the staff was very nice, hotel's location is not so good and you have to walk about 5 minutes to get the sunrise view, the breakfast staff did not look very nice,
Hotel Feature Tip:
the pool was very nice and not too crowded, had a good swim there.
guest room also cleaned well after we back to the hotel.

Good hotel, good service but not a good location

we requested for connected rooms, and we got it once we arrived at the hotel,
unfortunately one of our room wasn't ready yet.
the pool was very nice and we had a good swim there, but the hotel's location is not good, we have to walk abut five minutes to get perfect position enjoying the beautiful sunrise,
rooms were very clean, the staff and the security were very nice too
a very good hotel if you want to relax during your holiday,

we reserved two rooms for two couples. we arrived at 12am to check inn, we were promised rooms would be ready for 2pm. we came back at the hotel at 4pm and one room was still not ready.
one room had no hot water, we complained immediatly. the day after the hot water was still not available. for the rest the hotel location is nice, staff in the overall ok. but at breakfast staff does not look very motivated in what they are doing.
