After the room change, we ended up in a bigger and more luxurious room (it still was not very clean though).

  • Restaurant Tip : Do eat at Mezzanine, a very nice Japanese restuarant, not the most cheap according to Balinese standards, but very good value for money. Good food, good atmosphere.

Mercure Resort Sanur is a great hotel, we have stayed there before and this time took 2 other couples back with us. They were all impressed with the hotel. Like the position on the beach, close to great restaurants and shops and we all enjoyed a few more activities on this side of Bali.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Seawalking - this can be organised through the tour desk at the Mercure and it is fantastic fun. Look into it you will love every minute and a great lunch is included after.

I liked it very much because of the kindness of the personel, the enviroment, the privat beach, the rooms, the garden, etc.
