quiet hotel for rnr
1 minute walk away from the beah. Great for watching sunrise.

the tranquillity you get from this hotel is beyond what you desire. away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is one the best hotel i have ever stayed. with friendly staff, especially the f&b manager, who will go great length to assist your stay to be an even greater one.

I love this resort. we really like the pool, it is so beautiful. and so nice beach. I love the way they server fruit on the beach.

Near to the sea sports at Nusa Dua. Great environment which is really very relax and comfortable. But maybe the breakfast should inclusive in the hotel cost and is little bit too expensive on the breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a restaurant called "Bumbu Bali" which near the hotel. The restaurant can arrange hotel pick-up. Food is those traditional balinese food, quite special, but price a bit high.

Nice hotel, professional service

This hotel was relaxing to stay out. The rooms were quite inviting, clean with a good amount of space. The resort offered a lot of internal activities what was good if you don't particularly want to leave your hotel. The staff were very professional and courteous. The cafe/restaurant on the beachfront of the hotel was excellent, food and service was very nice.

Well, to be highlighted, Novotel Bali Benoa has 2 areas which are separated by a busy road. The Lobby area is in the best area where all the best rooms and facilities and the beach are. We chose this hotel because of the private beach. Yes it has private beach, but due to the fact that our 'standard' rooms are in the other area of those VIP's. we almost didn't manage to see the beach. Because it felt like it's so far2 away.
The rooms were nice. We love them. Comfy bed and bedding, amenities, shower, all great. Private backyard with terrace (too many mosquitos though). Oh and in the early morning, there's gardener working on your private garden. We didn't expect that because we left all the curtain open wide...
Restaurant Tip:
We went to those thai restaurant at the end of the road, in front of this resort. Already forgot the name. I think it a must go in that area for a fancy dinner. We went there twice. Lovely atmosphere. The thai style fish steam was marvelous. We ordered that two days in a row. In the morning, just drive along the road and you will find so many warungs sell local food. Babi Guling Pak Dobil is located not too far. Unfortunatelly it was almost Nyepi so Pak Dobil closed.

i was satisfied with my stay. as requested, i got my rooms on the ground floor as my parents were old. it was near to the pool.
however, the housekeeping clean the rooms and took our old towels but did not replace with new towels. we had to wait for 20 minutes to get our towels after requesting. the refrigerator & kettle was not working. we informed them and they replaced with new ones. i think this should be checked on regular basis & done before guests check in. other than that i am happy with the overall stay. staffs there are friendly and polite.
Shopping Tip:
Please be aware of money changers who are located outside the hotels. They are conmans. They count the money and refuse to let you count the money. When they count the money, the amount is correct and when we count it was not. We were short changed. This was a turn off and to later find out this is common there near the hotels.

The room was big and comfortable.
Cleaning & Roomservice need a little more attandants.
Service at the restaurant need more careness.
The swimming pool area is good only some towels wasn't good.
