Lovely hotel and service is amazing

I arrived the hotel with my girl friend after a long trip; the first impression is the amazing size of the room and bath tub. The staff are friendly and caring. Wifi is free at common areas - lobby, bars, swimming pool and etc.
However, their is no beach within the hotel - you need to take the frequent commuting bus to the small beach areas, about five minutes away.
Food are generally expensive comparing to local hotels.

I enjoy staying at this hotel for its absolute spaciousness. Privacy and comfort.
Food, drinks are reasonably priced, quite a contrast with other hotels nearby which usually charged a premium price for the same quality of food.
The hotel is a good choice also for family as they have facilities for kids and spacious units with a few bedrooms.
Price of hotel rooms are also competitive.
Restaurant Tip:
WE absolutely enjoy seafood at the nearby jimbaran seaside. Also must try the italian food at seminyak Ultimo for its good food with reasonable price.

Our stay at novotel nusa dua was great the staff are nice the food was great the hotel grounds it self is so beautiful.Novotel nusa dua is the kind of hotel that makes you don't wanna go anywhere. A perfect place to getaway and relax.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a relaxing time. Beautiful clean rooms and private balcony. Excellent on-site facilities and friendly staff. Did not have any bad experiences at this hotel,would definetly return.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Seafood BBQ dinner on the beach, very romantic and delicious food and cocktails. Definetly book ahead with the reception staff as it is popular.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff

Our family of four (2 kids aged 5 & 1) stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and had a wonderful stay.
The resort had a great pool, restaurant, kids club and transport options.
Staff were helpful and always smiling.
My only suggestion would be to offer free wifi in the rooms rather than just in reception, bar & restaurant, the charges for wifi in the rooms were excessive,
Shopping Tip:
Bali Collection 2 mins down the road has a great selection of legitimate clothing stores.

"Decent Hotel with big spacious suite room"

it would have been a great stay, if there had not been a forest fire at the base of mount agung that burnt over 400 hectares of forest. we love the big spacious suite and the kids love the kids club. it's just too bad that there is no direct access to the beach and it is kind of far away. the private beach is lovely, we love the little garden before entering the beach.
