Pool Area, Service, Gardens, Location. Beach was ok, not worth complaining about though. We only managed to stay one night here after spending 6 nights in Seminyak in a 4 star hotel. Staying here made me wish that id stayed here my entire trip. They made you feel special even though we only staying there 1 night. Service was A1, the pools were fantastic. The beaches were way better then those along the Kuta/Legian strip but i have seen way better beaches in Australia. The hotel beach had white sand at least.
The hotel grounds were immaculate and beautiful to walk around. The restaurant by the pool was very reasonably priced ($8 Aust) for a main and was great quality.
We have a 8 month old baby and we utilised the baby sitting services. The lady was excellent.
We loved it that much that we have decided to cancel our plans to get married in Samoa and instead get married at the Nusa Dua Beach Resort and Spa.
Restaurant Tip : If you wish to eat out somewhere cheaper, for about $2 you can get a taxi and go down the road and find cheap eats.

great architecture..beautiful beachfront..premier location badly managed..the maintenance and housekeeping staff are not doing a proper job... during my stay there...the room they gave me stank of urine! it was coming from the toilet and wouldnt go away. i complained and a guy came round with a mob! i told him to go and get something so that he could wash and rinse the place with plenty of detergent & water. Unfortunately, he made a half hearted effort and really was too lazy to do a proper job. i asked for a room change but they gave me a replacement a day too late and made me put up with the horrible smell for 2 nights! pissed me off and it was a really big disappointment...after all i was paying top dollar for a supposedly 5 star hotel. will try the Westin next door which seems a much better place.

Service with a smile, easy access to quality beach, even standard rooms well decorated/finished. Breakfasts of a high quality. Although other reviewers suggest the hotel is 'away from it' I'd give an alternative view - a 10 min walk via the hotel's sperb entrance brings you to local shops/restaurants. The hotel's layout works well - location of pools, close proximity to beach etc. All staff were friendly and looking to be of assistance. The hotel provided a good base for relaxation & as a springboard for exploring other parts of Bali. We will certainly return again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn right along the path on the hotel's beachfront, walk along beyond the other hotels to the two headlands - good views, scenery & especially quiet for a morning stroll.

People so nice, loved the food, great rooms, best breakfast! Didn't have dvd player in room. Nusa Dua beach hotel and spa was amazing!!! I will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it!!
Travel tip : Walk out of hotel to catch taxi.. so much cheaper!

The Japanese restaurant is good, very goood actually. Nonexisting service policy (people do not speak english, they do not do as they promised so you cannnot rely on things getting done. They are borderline rude sometimes)and sloppy breakfast. All the toilets reaks of urin even thought the´'ve just been cleaned We left this hotel one day early even thought we lost like 100 dollars because we did not want to spend our last noght of our vacation in this place since everything was so lousy.

cleanliness, service, atosphere, location to airport, fantastic coffee cut off from culture, lack of shade around the pool This was supposed to be a low-expectation stop due to the proximity to the airport, booked through Agoda and got a great rate so wasn't expecting much in 5 star Nusa Dua area, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Good place to regroup before heading up to Ubud. Very well-appointed rooms, and a large open pool area that the kids loved, though there were very few lounge chairs to choose from and not a lot of shade. Food was decent. Don't expect to see Bali--this is a resort on the beach plain and simple, but great for what it is.

Lagoon Pool, cleanest part of Nusa Dua beach. Close to Bali Collection Food is awful. The superior suites do not get any breeze and have a boring outlook. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated but are a little tired. It would be a wonderful place to take a young family, but I think you can find better accommodation if you are solo or a young couple. The spa is a complete rip-off - Had a better massage and facial at Bali collection
Shopping Tip : Forget dining at the hotel and walk to Bali Collection (about a 10 minute walk) to have dinner or head into Seminyak for Pizza at Trattoria, Drinks at KuDeTa or a meal at LaLucciola. (An absolute must if you are visiting Bali!)

Service, Food, Location, Poolarea Price in Restaurants, Sea/Beach not suitable for swimming. Very good Hotel to get away from the noise and trouble of Indonesia. Perfect to relax, starting with a huge variety at the breakfast buffet, a very nice pool area and a poolbar with fresh juices and cocktails. Several restaurants around the pool area with great food, but relatively expensive prices.
Restaurant Tip : Tropical at the Bali Collection Center 15 min from the Hotel.

very open and bright, a lot of green and beautiful beach the breakfast area should have two separate area for smoking and no-smoking more distant We recommended this resort, it's nice and cheap compared to the others around this very expensive area
Travel tip : Go to change your money outside the Nusa Dua resorts area, outside the security check, and try to buy water and some food for lunch in the market if you don't want to be ripped off by the hotel!

great pool, good service , good food, nice restaurant , nice rooms, nice location at nusa dua it is a lil quite in the evenings not much activity at the hotel. beach is also not very impressive. we had visited the hotel for our honeymoon , decided to book the hotel based on all the reviews that we had read on the web,
Have to say that the hotel really lived up to all the hype.
on the onset we were really impressed with the imposing entrance, the hotel decor is in Balinese style , and so is the dress of all the staff.
this is a really large property and the rooms are spread out all over the place.
the hotel has a really nice pool seen , but the beach is not very impressive.
over all i feel the hotel is good for a honeymooning couple , and also for families.
i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Hotel Feature Tip : stay at the ground floor , superior rooms , that open up directly to the pool.

traditional Balinese stye hotel , great pool , lots of activities, good breakfast buffet more activities required in the evening, although it is a beach side hotel none of the rooms has an ocean view. we had an amazing honeymoon at the nusadua beach hotel and spa . we stayed at the superior room , on the ground floor , beside the pool , the room opens directly at the pool , the pool sean is really good, there is a vollyball net where we can play , also a table tennis table is placed beside the pool , there are two swimming pools side by side.
the pizzaria is very good , so are all the other restaurants .
we did not like the beach too much though .
overall the hotel matched our high expectations, and i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : can book for all your water sports activities from the hotel beach itself, but bargain like crazy,
