Good place for a quiet get-away break.
Nice beaches and friendly staff.
Good Japanese restaurant.
Good spa.
The place looks old and not properly maintained.
Same breakfast buffet spread every day !
We were given a room with a view to the garden wall despite early request that we like to have an ocean view or pool view, even we book 5-days for a Deluxe Room.
But overall stay was good. Staff was friendly. We like especially the Japanese restaurant, small but serve fresh shashimi (big slices !) and chatty waiter.
Not much time to use the resort facilities as we booked a car to take use around for RP400 a day. (RP 250 half-day, negotiated).
We like the Spa treatment and massage very much. Good value for money. We took the 3.5 hours package with 15% discount. Fantastic ! Don't miss this one as we tried on first day some Spa place suggested by our driver. Cheaper but no comparison !
Will try other newer resort in Nusa Dua next trip.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Fried Chicken at Ketupat in Kuta or other places ! Very local and delicious !

Friendly and welcoming staff, access to the beach
needs an update, foreingh exchange rates in the hotel are not comtapable.
Nusa Dua Beach and Spa is a great hotel to spend your holiday, you can spend many days with activities without living the resort as the staff very polite and willing to help and forefill any request, it is cetraly located and short distance drive from most tourist distenations. I would like to add the sequrity is very good and make you feel very safe. i would recomend Nusa Dua and defenatly come back.
Restaurant Tip : Tropical restaurants is great place to eat, you can also can arrange to picked up form you hotel and back.

Beautiful, pleasant with very good facilities
We stayed in this hotel 16 years ago and nothing seemed to have aged (except us, of course). All was clean, pleasant and the staff was very helpful.
Entering the premises end the magnificent lobby in Balinese style makes you feel good already.
The restaurants were of great quality. Repeating the experience of so many years ago was very rewarding.
Shopping Tip : Go souvenir hunting in the nearby shopping mall. Good quality stuff!

Blue beautiful sea, service mind of hotel staffs
Barrier in language. The hotel manager could not help some problem for the guest, he said "Sorry, I cannot do anything on this issue."
General or routine serivces are just fine. The main problem is communication skill (English). Extra services for the guest not sufficiency, all serives is needed to pay charges plus service charge and 21% tax.

hotel has a nice character, beach very long, drinks and food not too expensive (cheaper then other hotels in the area), room service very quick without a surcharge,walking/jogging route
we didnt find anything wrong with the hotel
we were very happy in our deluxe room, which was facing the gardens (no noise from swimming pool, walking guests...). staff very friendly, english very good.
beach was very nice and long and clean, swimming pools too.
we didnt do any trips, just spent our week on the beach, with occasional walk on the beach (easily 1hour walk on paved walkway and under trees so no worry about walking on the sun)
we as well just walked out of the hotel to find local village with many restaurants, shops - no need to eat only in the hotel (but we liked it)
i would reccomend this hotel for honeymooners, families, older people even disabled (access everywhere)
Restaurant Tip : many cheap, but good international and balinese restarurants just short 10 minutes walk

wonderful hotel, big with all facilities that the site describe
nusa dua has nothing to do else to stay in the hotel(it is good for three days)
this hotel is luxurious and can have a good time there. It has spa, tennis, gym and others activities so you do not feel boring. The restaurants are all good so you has choice of food. The swimming pools are good and you can drink a coffee at the same time you swimming. Also at the beach there are people that they sell items or you offer different sport at sea.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : nusa dua collectio(a huge mall that you can bay anything)

The Security is excellent
The drinks are a bit over priced
The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel is beautiful,We stayed in the club rooms and the garden area is tranqil. if you want to relax this is heaven. The hotel is right on the beach and even though there are people selling they don't bother you, like they do in Kuta. We had a great holiday here and will come back again. The staff at the club lounge are brilliant especially (Gin the boss) he is so helpful always.
Restaurant Tip : They have nice restaurants at Benoa, very close by.

room is nice
hotel environment is nice
foods is nice
contruction was in progress --> very noisy
I was staying at Deluxe Room. As it was my honeymooon trip, the hotel assigned a room which is located facing to the lake. Originally, it was quite quiet and private. However, during the day-time, there is a contruction work outside my room. It made us couldn't stay at room. However, in general, the hotel is so great. The decoration is very nice and the working attitude of the staff is very good. The food at the resturant besides the beach was delicious and the atmosphere is very romantics. Also, the security of the hotel is very good. We felt it was a safe place for us to stay in Bali.

The hotel is very big. The swimming pool is relatively big as well. The room is comfortable.
The bathroom is a bit old.
The hotel is a big & comfortable hotel with a large area of outdoor lawn and swimming pool. the hotel is just next to a beach. However, we choose to swim in the pool and haven't visited the beach. So do not know the quality of pool. The facilities are generally OK except no GYM. The hotel offer a no of different kinds of restaurants. However the prices are quite expensive. So we choose to dine outside.

Pool Area, Service, Gardens, Location.
Beach was ok, not worth complaining about though.
We only managed to stay one night here after spending 6 nights in Seminyak in a 4 star hotel. Staying here made me wish that id stayed here my entire trip. They made you feel special even though we only staying there 1 night. Service was A1, the pools were fantastic. The beaches were way better then those along the Kuta/Legian strip but i have seen way better beaches in Australia. The hotel beach had white sand at least.
The hotel grounds were immaculate and beautiful to walk around. The restaurant by the pool was very reasonably priced ($8 Aust) for a main and was great quality.
We have a 8 month old baby and we utilised the baby sitting services. The lady was excellent.
We loved it that much that we have decided to cancel our plans to get married in Samoa and instead get married at the Nusa Dua Beach Resort and Spa.
Restaurant Tip : If you wish to eat out somewhere cheaper, for about $2 you can get a taxi and go down the road and find cheap eats.

great architecture..beautiful beachfront..premier location
badly managed..the maintenance and housekeeping staff are not doing a proper job...
during my stay there...the room they gave me stank of urine! it was coming from the toilet and wouldnt go away. i complained and a guy came round with a mob! i told him to go and get something so that he could wash and rinse the place with plenty of detergent & water. Unfortunately, he made a half hearted effort and really was too lazy to do a proper job. i asked for a room change but they gave me a replacement a day too late and made me put up with the horrible smell for 2 nights! pissed me off and it was a really big disappointment...after all i was paying top dollar for a supposedly 5 star hotel. will try the Westin next door which seems a much better place.

Service with a smile, easy access to quality beach, even standard rooms well decorated/finished. Breakfasts of a high quality.
Although other reviewers suggest the hotel is 'away from it' I'd give an alternative view - a 10 min walk via the hotel's sperb entrance brings you to local shops/restaurants. The hotel's layout works well - location of pools, close proximity to beach etc. All staff were friendly and looking to be of assistance. The hotel provided a good base for relaxation & as a springboard for exploring other parts of Bali. We will certainly return again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn right along the path on the hotel's beachfront, walk along beyond the other hotels to the two headlands - good views, scenery & especially quiet for a morning stroll.

The Japanese restaurant is good, very goood actually.
Nonexisting service policy (people do not speak english, they do not do as they promised so you cannnot rely on things getting done. They are borderline rude sometimes)and sloppy breakfast. All the toilets reaks of urin even thought the´'ve just been cleaned
We left this hotel one day early even thought we lost like 100 dollars because we did not want to spend our last noght of our vacation in this place since everything was so lousy.

If you are into sea sports and excitement, this more lad back resort may not be the one for you.
The resort has an excellent restaurant serving Balinese food. Swimming is prohibited at the beach near the resort, so for sea sport lovers, this resort may not be ideal. For those going for relaxed slow going escape, its a nice place. A cheap taxi ride to Kuta Beach offers cheap "pasar malam" style shoppping.
