It was a great hotel but the room let me down.

The staff were helpful and honest. However we were staying in a garden view room and so never went out to the balcony as there was construction going on in the horizon (of the new Marriot I was told) I saw a lot of termites crawling around in the cupboard and called house keeping who had sprayed a spray that smelled foul so we had to leave the room and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom despite the repellants. Although the grounds and facilities of the hotel were excellent, the room was awful and not at all put to a five star standing and the next time I would probably stay somewhere else.

i cant believe in that's kind hotel cost over 100USD!!!! everything in room was charged..Wifi's so slow and you have to pay in room. anyway i called room service to room cleaning and they didnt even changed my towel !!!!!!

The location was quiet and beautiful, but unless you mostly want to stay on the hotel grounds for your entire stay, you might want to look elsewhere. The Nusa Dua area is effectively closed off for locals and the hotel constantly pushes their own restaurants, tours, and services, so you really have to make an effort to see more than the pristine hotel complex - which is not to say the hotel isn't lovely, because it is. The rooms are lovely, service friendly, great breakfast, and the spa is a real escape.

Lovely hotel,with a real balinese feel
the service,the ambiance,the spa,the lattes at the lobby bar,the walking trail that goes along the beach for miles in either direction

I had a lovely time,in every way. My only complaint was that my original room was on the side of the hotel ,towards where Club Med is,and there is some major construction going on,on that side. It seems to only go on ,at night,probably because of the heat,during the day. It was really noisy,and had those horrible ,very bright lights,as well. I went to the front desk,and they gave me several rooms to choose from ,on the other side (facing the Westin),and all was well. I would recommend anyone who is visiting,during the duration of that construction project,request a room as far away from it as possible!

great lattes at the bar in the lobby! The walking trail,along the beach,goes for a long ways in either direction,and is lovely at dawn,before it heats up.
Request a room on the other side from the construction.

I have stayed at Nusa Dua Beach hotel and spa and they have always looked after my needs and when I have had issues, were quick to resolve them in the past. The hotel is fantastic and in a great location. I will stay there again

In general good resort away from busy area great service nice beach pool was beatiful food was great with alot of option to choose.i would like to see better intertainment during the night but can go to bali collection at night if needed . I recommend the resort but also try legion for a few night as well.

It was such a fantastic experience staying at this hotel during the vacation in Bali. The hotel is in general designed in line with Bali culture, and the hotel facilities as well as staff services provides the good memory in particular. The hotel should support free Wifi to all areas of the hotel apart from the lobby, however so as to it worths the fees I would say.
