Nice quiet private villas

My stay was really good. The villa was extremely spacious with comfortable bed and private swimming pool. Breakfast was quite average, so is the menu options of the restaurant. The spa was nice. However, the rooftop condition is not that great. It seems that the rooftop and the gazebo was not properly maintained.

Quiet adn relaxing location

When we first stepped into the resorts' lobby, we were welcomed by the staff warmly. Then while they were checking our agoda reservation and checking us in, chilled mango juice and cold towels was served to welcome us. The staff was very welcoming and took us around the resort in a golf cart to show us where the facilities was located, and drove us right up to our villa. The room was already chilled down by the air-conditioning, which made us very happy as we were very warm from the taxi ride from the airport.The staff then showed us around our villa, telling what we have and can use. Very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff. The next morning when we woke up, we were late for the breakfast buffet that was included in our stay, i called up the reception and they told us they would try and have somthing made and delivered to our villa. I was quite surprised, as they were very very friendly about it, and didn't charge us at all for the special service they provided. in the evening, i came back to our villa, discoreverd thhat the toilet was slightly flooded, t, i called up the reception, and in 2 minutes a pair of maintenance crew appeared right aour villa to assess the problem. it was a choked pipe, and they settled the problem quickly. the housekeeping crew also came very quickly to clean up my bathroom, in 5 minutes they were done.

We hire a car to get around which was good as these villas are away from the hustle and bustle of Bali, we had a grand villa which was fabulous

Food at the resort was very good, there are plently of resturants in Nusa and surrounds if you want to go out

Superb Villas in no-man's land
Very large villas with very nice private pools and private sun-deck

As first stop (3 nights) on a 9-night honeymoon in Bali we camped out at the Nusa Dua Retreat; they provided airport pick-up which unfortunately was not free. This place is absolutely in the middle of nowhere, and even the (small but ok) beach is a good 20 minutes walk away (free shuttles provided every now and then), but it all doesnt matter considering the nice villas...
Very large, with very nice private pool and private sun-deck; loved staying here!
As there's nothing else to do around, we relied on the resort's transportation means to get us out and about; their drivers are kind and affordable and very flexible.
There were a few downsides:
1) Food: breakfast was exactly the same every day; not too fresh bread, luke-warm scrambled eggs and some sides, with fresh juice; we were totally done with it after the second morning. For late-night snacks etc, better make sure to buy potatoe chips somewhere, as there's not much activity in the resort's kitchen at night.
2) lack of attention to details in the villas; there's a nice kitchen, but no utensils whatsoever; the bathroom is very large but lacked a nice set of bath salts etc; the private pool was very nice, but the 'atmospheric lights' in and around it didnt work
Staff were great though, and if we wanted to come down to Bali again to really hide out somewhere under the radar, we could give this place another go. If they work on the details ad their kitchen, place could be great
Restaurant Tip:
Don't bother going for the -extreeeeemely overpriced- seafood bbq-dinners at Jimbaran beach; food is so-so, service equally so-so, and pricing is through the roof! Eating at the restaurants of five-star hotels proved cheaper, and eating in basically any other restaurants proved more tasty...

firstly, we are happy with a warm greeting from receptionist. the best one. this villa so private and luxury. too big for family with 2 young children, really enjoy that. you must see the pandawa beach via shuttle car from villa ( only 5 minutes). nice .
the negative side from this villa is poor breakfast.
overall : it is worth to stay , i will come back again to enjoy the private and luxury villa.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pandawa Beach = the new beach at Bali....
