Complete relaxation, great food and amazing staff
The pool, the food and the rooms

We loved this hotel. Great rooms, pools and helpful staff. The location is quite isolated so transport is needed to get around.

Beautiful cliff top views
The view, the pools, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere

Lembongan is a quiet island at night but great for day time water activities. We found the walk from this hotel each night to get to the restaurants a little too far, so it was great that the companies dropped off/picked us up from the nearest beach when surfing and diving during the day. Another good thing about this hotel was that they provided great mosquito nets around the beds, even for someone who gets bitten easily! And breakfast really was delicious!

ACs don't work in some rooms
Quiet surroundings, friendly staff, nature friendly
6.3
Our stay here was just about average. The hotel is located in a really quiet location on Nusa Lembongan, and it's a good 2-3 km hike to go any decent place to eat. The staff can arrange a motor bike for rental, and that's the easiest way to go around the island.
The room we got initially was really small. Air conditioner in our room didn't work well. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room the next day which was much bigger and the AC was ok in that room.
The hotel is also surrounded by trees and it's considered normal if you have lizards, insects and geckos in your room!
There are 2 small swimming pools facing the ocean.

almost perfect except for the ac being a bit weak
great pools, comfy bed, amazing views back to bali, badminton!
8.3
we pretty much fell in love with nusa lembongan as soon as we got off the boat. after a short ride on the back of a truck to get to pandana guest house, we got to our room and were immediately relaxed. the room was really nice, clean and had an outlook from the balcony over the water. the bed was really comfortable, which is always important!
there are two pools that are both a great temperature, although the top pool near the restaurant had an absolutely stunning view back across the badung strait back to bali. one night we spent hours in that pool looking at all the stars and watching a lightning storm over the mountains on bali. stunning! there is also a badminton net setup, which is always a bit of fun in the afternoon.
the restaurant was ok, but we only ate there once because we were too tired to go out that night. there are plenty of better options around.
the only downside was that the ac wasn't very strong at all and it was unusually hot at night (because it didn't rain at all to cool the temperature down). i couldn't sleep at all, so we had to leave a night early and stay somewhere else. but we really didn't want to leave, as it's such a great place!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The location is really stunning and it's only a 5 minute walk to Tamarind Beach. But it's quite far to walk in the hot sun to Jungut Batu (where a lot of the tour companies and cafe/restaurants are) and to anywhere else on the island. Make sure you hire a scooter - it's really quite safe if you're not stupid about it, as it's a quiet island and there are no cars except for the occasional truck. Neither my wife or I had ever ridden a motorbike/scooter before and it wasn't too hard.

AC was not that powerfull and nights were pretty hot.
The temperature was really hot in general during our visit.
Location is isolated from main beach, but if you rent motobike you can quickly
drive around the island.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For checking the island you need to rent motobike.

Peaceful place but unpleasant surprise at check in
Nice facilities, quite environment
7
The bungalows were nice and the furniture inside was high quality, but the mattresses felt a bit cheap and were not terribly comfortable. We were concerned when we first walked in because the windows did not close tightly enough to keep bugs out and the Bali style door had spaces carved out which also let in bugs. However, we didn't have a significant mosquito problem. They must spray the grounds regularly.
The grounds were small, but very peaceful with pleasant music playing. We were sh-shing our kids (1yr, 5yrs, 7yrs) so they wouldn't disturb the atmosphere for others. The garden was beautiful.
The one complaint that we had is that we booked a room for 2 people and asked for 2 twin beds and a baby cot. This is how we always reserve rooms with Agoda because very few hotels actually come up in the search if you specify that you are bringing children. When we arrived, they claimed that we needed to pay USD20 for each of our two older children (5 yrs and 7 yrs). This essentially doubled the price of our room. There was no mention of these extra charges for children on the Agoda mobile website. We felt this was an unfair surprise since we were not requesting additional bedding or towls. They refused to give us a refund, and we were forced to either look for someplace else on the last minute (and lose what we had paid for the place) or to pay the extra USD40. In the end, what we originally thought was a good deal on a hotel was, in our opinion, overpriced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you walk to the right of the beach, you will see a small path. Walk along the path for 10 minutes and you'll find a smaller, but nicer beach.

Great hotel with great service
Amazing sea views, large rooms

Stayed here for a few days. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. As it was low season we had the place to ourselves mostly. Location is a bit far out from the main strip but as we hired scooters we had easy access to the island. Loved hanging around the pool area. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Rooms were large and clean and bathroom was awesome. Also a,axing sea views as the hotel is located up in the hills.

Spacious hotel on the hill
Clean and tasteful. Lovely pools with beautiful view.
9.7
We were very lucky to be only customers, what made our staying kind of exclusive. Hotel is very clean and spacious. Pools are nice. It is located up on the hill with nice view over the sea. To the beach is a few minutes walk. Mushroom beach, where is some restaurants and bars, can be reach by 15 min walk. Not for party animals, but if you're looking for quiet and relaxing time in tasteful environment, this is the one.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Pandana Guesthouse as it was just beautiful. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a huge bathroom and overhead shower.
The swimming pool(s) had a fantastic view overlooking the ocean whilst my veranda overlooked the swimming pool and ocean!
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was beautifully prepared and delicious.
I can't say a bad thing about this hotel and I will definitely be going back!
