The surounding is good and the room is nice and peaceful.
The shuttle bus sevice is not convenience. The tourism guide is not enough. What the hotel recommended activites are much expensive than tourist agency.
Overall is OK but a little expensive as the location is far from the centre and the shuttle bus serive is not good.

The rooms are breathtaking (we stayed in the standard garden room and got a tour of the room with a private pool – both are gorgeous, spacious, luxurious). The pool is stunning, so are the grounds. The continental breakfast isn’t bad either.
We ordered lunch while we spent time at pool and it was not very good. The Thai Beef salad was over salted and the beef was tough. The drinks are bit expensive but that’s to be expected in Bali. Service was okay, could be a little better considering the hotel’s rating but not bad.
In a word, the hotel was breath-taking. The rooms, pool, grounds are just so beautiful – it was a Garden of Eden in Ubud. I would definitely recommend it to friends. The free shuttle service to and from Ubud centre is a great plus – you get the city vibe and the hotel getaway all in one. I would suggest you go out for dinner and buy a few basics in Ubud town, as it is a bit cheaper and there’s more food options/variety in town.
Travel tip : I would suggest you go out for dinner and buy a few basics (water, coke, snacks) in Ubud town, as it is a bit cheaper and there’s more food options/variety in town.
