It suited our purpose and the pool was great however the food was poor with an ordinary buffet breakfast. We found the smoking everywhere around the pool was overwhelming and wish that areas were set aside for smokers and non smokers.

Dining selection hopeless (almost no local cuisine), and breakfast terrible.
However easy to eat out on beachside cafes, right in front, so can avoid.
Access to beach great, and pool OK but not child friendly with bar in childrens pool area.

In the middle
On the beach, near the city center and quiet

I liked this hotel. The surroundings are quiet but the city with all the shops, restaurants and bars are very nearby. From the hotel it is very easy to make daytrips on the island. I had a very nice (and careful) driver, mr Bagus , who speaks very good english. I can recommend him. Ask for him at the traveldesk in the lobby.
