Huge hotel with Kuta Beach across the road
Very generous sized rooms, but they were starting to show their age though. Huge hotel with multiple blocks which can be a little soulless. Not typically Balinese in style, just modern looking like any other big brand hotel. Just a massive hotel, which can translate into crowds. Convenient access to the beach. Helpful staff. However nothing about the grounds nor the rooms really stands out as exceptional.

I stay only 1 night here, at first me and my boyfriend have a late. check in to hotel acound 10pm at night, when we get into our deluxe king room ocean room, noisy room because is facing the main road, the room aircon got problem, balcony floor dirty, balcony light not fuction, aircon very hot and it will turn off by itself, so i call to operator he tell me there's some problem with the aircon but is under maintaince, it will only took a short while,so i wait in the room for another 30 min it was still so hot As the temperature goes to the loweest at 18 degree •c. Then i call for 2nd time the operator said will send someone to my room and check for me then end up no showing up, i call for the 3rd time still the same they did not show up. So i decided to go out for supper. After i back to my room at 1am, the problem still not solve, very hot. So i decided to go down to the reception to make a complain. The receptionist only take action to help me solve my problem, at the end they decided switch to suite room for me with good airflow. When everything done is aleardy 1am.Feel glad that the suite room make me sleep well and comfortable. Beside that i found out the flooring of the corridor hotel not clean and the door of the room hotel room very old and hard to open and close properly. Should make some upgrade. Food ok, swimming pool with beach view not bad So far services still consider ok, at last reception did solve my problem. Hope the services and room condition should upgrade then would be perfect as 5 star hotel.

Very happy & satisfied
Certainly will be using this hotel again for my next visit to Bali. The hotel stay include breakfast which was delicious and value for money.
