Lovely hotel in a good location, on the beach

An excellent hotel. Situated on the beach and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms are a good size. TV has no DVD, HDMI or USB facilities. Two large swimming pools. Nice gardens and pools with fish. Free kayaking in the sea and good snorkeling within a few hundred meters.

i & my sister stayed here for 1 night, the staffs are very friendly, they upgraded our room and we have a big n a very tidy room, so enjoyable. although the air conditioner was a bit leaked, but overall there's no any problem. love to stay in here very much, we can enjoy 3 swimming pools in the same time, the beach is quiet, clean n beautiful. like to lay down in the sofa n pavilion to enjoy the sound of wave n the wind of the sea, so comfortable. the breakfast is excellent. i cant wait any longer to come back n stay in this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
in the opposite of this hotel got many restaurants, i especially recommend "the PAON", the steak is delicious, the price is not very expensive, comparable w/ the taste n the portion. while enjoying your dinner, you can listen to the live country music, the singer has a great voice. besides, u can get dessert n salad for free.

We stayed there for two nights and as soon as we arrived we realize that we should've stayed longer. a friendly staff, tranquil resort, great room (because they give us their newly renovated room) and an awesome pools. if there's anything that the hotel need to upgrade is their breakfast menu, it can be boring for those who will stay more than one night. but overall it was an awesome stay, we want to go back again next summer, for sure.

This resort in south Sanur is a great place for your beach holiday in Bali. The tropical garden en Balinese architecture gives your holiday a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort has 3 very nice swimming pools and the restaurants serve very good meals. Also breakfast has a great variety of choices. The Spa is excellent. The interior of the bungalows could have some improvement but is OK. The resort has own direct connection to the beach and has many lounge seats there. For sure we will stay here again.

Large grand hotel, large room, but were a little old. Staff were friendly, but there were too many regulations at this hotel. You could not use a beach towel unless you had your towl card, you had to sign your name for breakfast (I saw this as a waste of time). Very quiet and not as many Australians. Beautiful gardens.

restaurant opposite the hotel is cheap and has good cocktails

very good staff. attended to all our needs. air con in the room was excellent. lovely big bed.
had a problem with the wifi and it took some time for them to work out what the problem was. eventually they sent a tech who sorted it out. wifi is free so i don't know why they don't just have one login for the whole complex.
Shopping Tip:
Hardy's store Sanur is the best. Great service and helpful staff. They have a price and don't rip you off like the small stalls. I hate barganing. I was very disappointed with the taylor. I do a better job myself but hoped I could get a taylor to do it so I don't have to. Expensive and poor quality.

This hotel has a warm bali ambience with a good garden atmosphere. When we checked in we got an upgraded room into a deluxe room, and the room was amazing...large room , nice facilities. We can hangout on the beach or swimming on the 3 nice pool. Things that need to be upgraded is beach cleanlines, beach towel seems old.

Located at the beach this is a great location to have a relaxed stay. Swimming pools beautiful. Breakfast good, enough but may have some more variation. Rooms very well, recommend to choose for Club Santrian rooms. Spa very well, bit expensive. Restaurant and bar nice but they may organize some more to attract the people. Overall we had a realy pleasant stay during our honeymoon with a great candlelight dinner at the beach.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant at hotel is well but bit expensive, lot og good restaurants at 3 minute walk at beach or at the street.

Friendly, welcoming place to stay.
The layout of the resort was good with lovely beachfront dining and great pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a relaxing place to spend a few days - restaurants and small shops within walking distance and good to walk along the beachfront in the early morning with our very awake ten month old.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The cot we were provided with wasn't great- ok but not great. I would probably take my own travel cot if luggage space wasn't an issue.

Lovely lovely hotel, calm, incredibly comfortable and luxurious, safe for children and very well maintained. The food was great, breakfast was plentiful and the service was lovely - Didn't want to leave!
