There is major construction all around so unfortunately it was very dusty and noisy. The hotel its self is looking a little tired. The food in the hotel restaurant was disappointing, however the wood oven pizza on the beach was amazing. The staff were very happy and helpful.

The hotel itself was decent. Should mention that it is a bit old and does not have an elevator. Contruction was going on at the hotel during the time we stayed there and there was no mention of this upon check in.
Upon check out we were told that we would have to take the hotel car to the airport and could not take a taxi as the hotel drivers have made an arrangement that no taxi would be allowed into the hotel area between 7am-7pm. This should have been indicated to us at some point during checkin.

Hotel staff at check in was very unfriendly and the room disappointing. The 'garden view' was half garden and half wall on the ground floor. We asked to change the room and staff reluctantly agreed. Television in new room did not work,drain in bathroom sink would not open, lighting was dim, there were mosquitoes, and air conditioner during night was not good.Overall condition run down and depressing. It was located at the end of a long road with no taxis available. Hotel was mostly empty. With so many options available in Bali this was not good value for the price.
