Great villas, but expensive

Very nice located above a river. Spacious villas with nice in and outdoor areas. 15 min driving distance to central Ubud. Food good, but very limited selection for breakfast. Pork bacon not on the menu (in Hindu Bali) is not good enough for an expensive hotel like this.Very friendly and helpful staff.
Not enough value for the money.
Travel tip:
Try Restaurant Mozaic in Ubud; just fantastic food in great outdoor setting.

nous avons sejournée une semaine. l'hotel est splendide, les villas sont spacieuses, magnifiques,piscine et terrasse superbes, la vue y est splendide, calme absolue, service de grande qualité. un tres bel endroit pour sejourner a ubud.

部屋からの景色が絶景。ホテルでゆっくりするには最高のホテル。食事は普通。

113の部屋が取れなかったので、次に人気のある109に滞在。
結果大正解。
パブリックプールの下に位置する113より、少し共用エリアから離れ、プラーバシーも保てるし、部屋からは渓谷が真正面に広がり、1日部屋から景色を見ていても飽きない絶景。
山間部ということで心配していた虫やヤモリ、トカゲもほとんどいなかった。
ホテルスタッフも日本語はカタコトだが、意思疎通は日本語でなんとか可能。もちろん英語は問題なし。
みな感じよく親切。
ホテルのレストランの食事はディナーで一人60ドルくらい。街中の相場と比べると5倍以上。まぁホテル内なので妥当だが。洋食を食べたが、味は普通かな。街中のレストランの方がコスパよく、おいしいものが食べられるかも。
滞在中、他のお客は2組見かけたくらいで日本人には会わなかった。
ホテルの方いわく、今は日本人客は少ないとのこと。
経営大丈夫なのかな？とちょっと心配になるくらいお客がいなかったが（レストラン利用時もプール利用時も貸しきり状態）、総じてとても素晴らしく、次回もぜひまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルだった。
ただ予約に際してagodaの対応は非常に残念。
予約した内容と異なるバウチャーが来たためメールで連絡したが、リマインドしてもいっこうに連絡無し。仕方なくカスタマーサービス（拠点が海外で国際電話代金がかかる）まで電話するも、日本語ネイティブでない方が出られて、「私よくわからない。キャンセル料は発生します。」という一方的な話で会話通じず。メールでの対応もレスに3日以上はかかる上に、非常に不親切で（日本語が十分に通じていない可能性あり）1通で済むようなメールのやり取りに何往復もかかる。
何事も無く予約できればよいが、もし問題が発生したり、疑問を問い合わせたいということが発生した場合、対応は不満足なものになるだろう。
ホテルは最高だったが、出発前に余計なストレスを抱えたくなければ、ここのサイトを経由して予約するのはお勧めしません。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ウブドの街中まではホテルのシャトルで10分くらいです。

飯店功能提示:入住得非常愉快。酒店的位置堪稱完美,就在酒店裡就能愉快購物,員工們非常用心,房間漂亮,早餐好吃,肯定會再住到這家酒店的。我把它推薦給任何一個到這遊玩的人。
1.前台check in時，行李放在一旁會有人員在行李邊守候，確保行李安全性! 2.貼心的準備迎賓果汁! 3.前台酒吧人員看過住房資料後，往後見到面，稱呼都會帶上姓氏!
整體而言, 對飯店與agoda的服務相當滿意, 飯店內部的設施確實不輸其他飯店, 房間費率也很實惠, 謝謝agoda. 這是一家值得再度訪的飯店。
