Nice view with bad road condition
Clean pools, big room, no sound polution

whne we heading to putri ayu, we really lost as we cant find this hotel when the tar road end.howeverm finally we found it as this hotel is on the end of the road(after crossing the stone path).
my room is facing the padi field, with the big glass window , we can enjoy the nivce view of the padi field during the morning time.

my wife almost asked me to cancel the hotel, however we continue as we finally found it should be like this to stay in ubud. value for money, big room, hot shower. i hope the road going in will be improved soon and it was very dark to walk conveniently.
Restaurant Tip:
They don't have any restaurant, only serve simple breakfast of bread, egg, and fresh fruits. No lunch or dinner.

the hotel is located far from town center, market 1 km to main road, and almost 2 kms from the market, so better have your own transport or bike. but it's quiet, clean and roomy.
Restaurant Tip:
20 mins walk to Dirty duck restaurant via shortcut. around 2 kms from Ibu Oka, better have your own transport, or bike.

quiet hotel but far in location

it's a very quiet place to stay at putri ayu. however there are several things that the management out to improve on. 1) cleanliness of the bedsheet and curtains, and ensure there are no roaches in the room for guess to have a surprise discovery. 2) ensure its shuttle service are on time whenever it is promised so that guest won't be waiting for too long, 3) ensure guest safety especially those who will be walking in and out from the hotel at night as certain section of the road is very dark and has no lights and with also stray dogs barking! Overall, the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 8 nights in Putri Ayu and really enjoyed it. It is in a very quite location with a lovely view to the rice fields. The staff was really amazing, always helpful and ready to accomodate all our needs.
You'll need a taxi at nights, because of the the dogs in the street. (There is a free shuttle at 7 every night).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Probably the nicest view is from room 108 (the last one, next to the rice fields, on the upper level)

Nice room with rice field view!
We loved the view into a green rice field and the location of the hotel - near enough to monkey forest street but still very quiet!!

the room was spacious and relatively clean despite a mouse coming into our room at night. that's probably because we're on the ground floor with a direct access to the rice field. front desk staff was great, but other staffs tried a bit too hard to sell services to us. breakfast was not so good, but it's good for the price.

Super nice and impressive hotel - Love it
This hotel is located in the mid of rice field - in the mid part of Ubud

Two nights here where I stayed in Ubud was very impressive. The hotel is perfect for those who wants to stay away from the hectic environment (from the place you come from or Kuta beach...haha) I highly recommend you choose to stay in this hotel cas i believe in a few years the rice field scenary will be gone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ubud is the best.. romantic and classy

Great hospitality from hotel staffs.
The wonderful shuttle service from Pak Wayan from hotel ground to anywhere in Ubud.

the hotel is located very deep in jl bisma. at the far end of the road. but luckily there is a shortcut to jl monkey forest through pertiwi hotel. within 10 min walk to monkey forest sanctuary via another shortcut. just head down along jl bisma and you'll reach monkey forest sanctuary.
room wise its quite simple, no tv or safe available in room. room may look a bit old with slightly dirty curtains and mosquito nets. try to get units on upper floor to avoid ants crawling into your room. overall a wonderful and quiet place to really relax and enjoy the countryside.
Restaurant Tip:
Do try out Pundi Pundi restaurant along Jl Raya Pengosekan. Best place for pork ribs. We've tried a couple of different places in Ubud but this is by far the best place for ribs. :D
