great location with easy access to Kuta town

ramada is one of the few hotels in kuta that has its own beach that is perfect for romantic sunset dinner or drinks with your loved one. moreover, me and my wife have had one of the most enjoyable couple spa at ramada's own theta spa by the sea. endulging ourselves over the soothing skillful hands, aromatic smell of the oliment and listening to the rythem of the calm waves

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and couldnt wait to check out and gave the some feedback (which i never do that before). Stayed in this hotel really ruined my holiday mood, just because we've paid full for 3 nights, so nothing we can do other than cant hardly wait to check out. In simple words, this hotel is old,dirty,many insects(mosquites,ants,lizards),overprice,rated as 3* hotel. Really not worthed it for what you've paid for. this hotel rate to 3*, definetly not 5*, maybe yes but 10 years back ! I was travelling with my baby, which means I still need to keep my baby formula inside the room. Guess what? OMG..many ants inside my baby formula :(( lizards everywhere inside the room, got many mosquitoes bites, until didnt know where i should put my baby bottle, milk etc to avoid those bloody ants and lizards. I've stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the worst among others. The kidsclub also dirty. Pls stay away, trust me !

the garden as the central courtyard

some of the facilities are getting a little old;
no dressing gowns / bathrobes is a disappointment.
a fridge but no stock in the mini-bar is fine;
the local 24 hr circle k is a just a skip away.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the ground floor rooms open onto the large central courtyard; you can sit here, have a drink and watch the world go by.

Great Hotel, never dissapoints

This was about our 15 stay at the Ramada and we will be returning. We own a time share at Benoa but like to have week near Kuta for the shopping etc. we chose a superior deluxe room again and were happy. The breakfast has plenty of variety and will fill you up for the day!
Restaurant Tip:
Close enough to many restaurants. Paritcularly like using those up Poppey's lane one.

Enjoyable Holiday

The Ramada Bintang was excellent value and had great facilities. The location was good if you like being close to Kuta. It was really nice being right on the beachfront and about a 15 minutes walk to central Kuta. The rooms are a little old but the gardens and outside facilities made up for this. The only downfall was the staff couldn't speak English very well and the breakfast was average.

Great Family hotel
Rooms are comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, large pool with swim up bar and childrens pool and kids club

Really loved this hotel! We stayed at 3 during this trip and this hotel was by far the friendliest and immaculately kept. They have a kids pool and kids club which was great for us so we had some time to relax too. Great location in south Kuta. Wifi is a little expensive though.
