Great place to stay

Well maintained property. Very close to airport ( only 5 minutes ). In the heart of amazing shopping area and eating joints. Finding a car or public taxi never a problem. Very nice and well maintained pool. Kids loved it. In the evenings ( thrice a week ) hotel had organized local dance shows of extremely good standards. Overall highly recommendable place. Also I will surely come back here..

Beautiful gardens, swimming pool area, and beach area with good restaurant and romantic seating area.

enjoyed it very much, particularly the Beautiful gardens, also the swimming pool area where barbeque is served in the evening with culture show of local Balanese dancers and actors who come round to the restaurant area afterwards to have fotos taken with the guests. The beach area of the garden is shaded by tall trees and faces onto the beach. There is a good restaurant which serves good quality food with variety from western to asian meals. There is also a romantic seating area faciong the beach which is close to the swimming pool area and restaurant.

the rooms were adequately sized with good bathrooms and good showers. restaurants were reasonable value for money and the wharf restaurant was very nice for afternoon cocktails and meals right in the beach. nice place to watch the sunset. buffet breakfast was food although the food variety was a bit lacking in my opinion.

On arrival early in the morning the staff assisted in getting us settled into rooms as soon as possible. the rooms were nice, location is ideal, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing is they advertise "high speed internet" this is not the case, in room internet is very slow and continually disconnects.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request a King Garden View Room. These have an open area out the front, are located on ground floor. Any upstairs rooms only have small balconies.

the hotel is in a good location a little away from the hussle and bussle. the restaurant on the beach was very nice and enjoyed most buffets. we were happy with the room and the service was fine. overall the thing i liked the most about the hotel was beeing on the beach. enjoyed my stay

fisrt of all i would like to say was that my stay was very relaxing and that would be happy to return at a further date. another thing is that i was happy with the staff and the service. The different buffets put on were very nice and in a great location looking over the water.

this was my 4th visit to this hotel as i particularly like the location - close to all the hustle and hustle and shopping and restaurants. the pool area is just lovely and its surrounds spacious, lawns lovely and green and plenty of lounges looking over the ocean.

lovely big hotel foyer..... and welcoming staff.
