Our stay at the Ramada was very relaxing, the large double bed was very comfortable although the option of a softer pillow would have been nice. The room was standard although for a 5* hotel I would expect a walk in power shower in the bathroom and not a shower over the bath. The surrounding are beautiful and quiet with a lovely swimming pool. The staff very attentive. The breakfast offered a good variety. The other food available was very expensive and not of an appropriate quality. The beverages were lovely but again expensive. The lack of free wifi again is surprising in a 5* resort. Hardly any of the featured activities were run and the advertised evening meals with entertainment were cancelled with no explanation.

A great place to relax and escape the hustle.
Best things were the pool area, gardens and breakfast.

Ramada is a very pleasant place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Bali. It is very easy to take in a swim in the large pool or a cocktail at the swim up bar. Just a very short walk to Discovery Shopping Centre and lots of restaurants in the main street. The atmosphere is very peaceful.
