We have stayed at this hotel before but on this visit we thought it was actually looking a little tired around the edges. The bathrooms definitely need upgrading. The buffet breakfast is adequate but not great.

the location is not so good and in the area there is not many other things to do so the area could be much better. The breakfast was good with many things to choose from. The beach was not the best so we used only the swingingpool.

We did not enjoy our stay. At check-in our booking was lost so it took 30 minutes to get to the room. At check out we waited for the shuttle bus and we were then told 10 minutes after scheduled departure time that since we were the only customers on the bus the shuttle bus would not be running. Very disappointing customer service. Note: to get to the beach you have to cross the road.

I was staying for 2 nights, air cond can be on a colder side, room is a bit old, new building next door was still being built, hopefully it could improve the quality of the room. breakfast selection were excellent though, would visit again when the new building is set

It was an interesting stay in ways, my son and I really enjoyed time at the pool with the little shade villas. We read a lot and relaxed really, but unless you are into water sports and scuba diving I don't really recommend Benoa. It's quite built up and not as nice as Nusa Dua. We did enjoy the breakfasts, the restaurant over the road was a little over rated in my opinion, but the staff were lovely and the mariachi band were awesome. I did get a shock on check in when they asked for an upfront security bond of $100US which has never happened to me before. It was legit and honest in the end, but felt a bit like an underhanded way to get you to sign everything to your room which is dangerous for the budget if you have one. All in all it was ok, but I probably wouldn't go back.
