The recently renovated Ramayan Resort and Spa is a well established hotel, just 10 minutes from the international airport and a short walk away from the entertainment center of Kuta. All rooms are furnished and decorated in traditional Balinese designs and fitted with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy the tempting local, Asian and European cuisine at the various restaurants the resort has to offer. For those tired muscles, be sure to visit the Rama Spa, and the let the staff help you relax in tranquility. only good point, Location.

room not ventilated, towels yellow and old. tv, furniture and lighting very poor.

For that kind of price we are paying, this hotel is a rip off. So so so dissapointed with room, with funny smell and very out dated tv and lighting. Toilet is always short of towels, when asked,housekeeping reply was "out of stock" and "no more". What hotel is this? will never never return or recommend this hotel. NEVER.

Shopping Tip : Many shops and souveniers stores outside the hotel

Position, friendly staff.

Guests were noisy a couple of nights around the pool. Spoke to staff and this was addressed.

We love this hotel. Great location, quick walk to the beach. Close to most popular amenities. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Great new pool deck mattresses. Our poolside room had been renovated and we had a new 37" widescreen TV which was great. Breakfast still good. New pool bar seemed to be popular.

Restaurant Tip : Gloria Jean's is just around the corner, buy a coffee and you can use their internet for free. Use their computers upstairs or bring your own laptop. Internet is quite quick which is a bonus. Staff there really nice and helpful.
