location right in the heart of kuta, just a short walk to everything

this hotal was great, we had an executive deluxe room on the 4th floor. room was well presented and housekeeping was always on the ball. buffet breakfast is great with a chef cooking your eggs to your liking. Hotel is in the best location in kuta. This is the reason i stayed here again and is the reason i will continue staying here!

this hotel is great except don't try for late checkout regardless of it only until 2pm. when you leave all the smiling is gone as you are no longer a guest!!
also the breakfast staff are slow and don't clear tables or remember you asked for coffee. the selection not great either. better to buy breakfast out and enjoy it!better service with a smile and really enjoyable. plus a better selection of juices and food. would possibly stay again but prefer the paradiso across the road.better everything and separate shower in bathroom. paradiso for us next time. room staff at ramayama excellent and helpful.

if it wasn't for the 50% discount though agoda would have been way over priced , hot water was only warm which wasn't a problem for myself but would have been if my wife had been able to make it as well

Only fart on the toilet if you have Bali Belly

Very happy with our stay at this hotel and would recommend this location to our friends with out hesitation.
It was within easy walk to beach and shops.
We were very pleased to have very clean rooms wich were cleaned early in the morning which was convenient to us.

this was the first time my wife and i had been away together in years. this hotel has good location and there staff were very helpful and friendly. the gardens are well maintained. the food at breakfast and around the pool was good. we would certanly stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kuta beach at sunset great.

Rooms lovely clean stairs to up stairs rooms steep around pool. Breakfast lovely didn't like the smoking at breakfast.
