Lovely hotel with great service.

The hotel is beautiful. Not too big. Staff is extremely friendly. Good service. Beautiful garden. There is a good spread of breakfast buffet. There is a nightly traditional music performance. Also dance performance.
Room is very nicely furnished. Bathroom is rather small though.

have stayed here before, would like to see showers upgraded. the rest is all good. doesnt feel like the hotel is over crowded even though was full when i was there. 2 pools, one of which no one ever seems to go to so felt like i had pool to myself.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk straight across the road from hotel, through the art markets to the beach - and ask for Andy's Bar - then sit down on a chair - ask Andy to get you some corn on the cob (brilliant) and enjoy a sunset with bintang in hand - and some great local company. Have known Andy for 13 years - genuine guy! Enjoy

The hotel is located right in the heart of kuta and the friendly staff will accommodate any need with a smile however the room hadn't been cleaned or maintained properly with water leaking through one of the ceiling light fittings and the balcony door hanging off it's hinges. The hotel facilities and gardens were great.
Restaurant Tip:
B Couple restaurant directly across from Ramayana is one of my favs in Bali. The duck is great.

its definetely a great locatiom, kuta square is right in front of the hotel and u can walk about 5-10 minutes to discovery mall

its ɑ̈ very nice hotel. has 2swimming pool. the room is clean too just ɑ̈ little discomfort with the noisy when ʋ turn on the hot water in bathroom.

Right at center of Kuta, 5 mins walk to Kuta Bench , lots of restaurant in walking distance

We have everything that we ever wanted at Bali with this hotel. 10 mins away from airport .Situated at Kuta Square , nice place for shopping . Plenty of restaurant to choose from . Bench is 10 mins walk . A nice walk in the evening to discovery mall is a nice way to enjoy the sea breeze and sun set.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Volcano and Tanah Lot is a must see.

Very luckily we chose this hotel as we found Kuta in Bali to be a dump of a resort.
This resort has to be the Benidorm of Asia, if you hate Benidorm you will hate Kuta.
Travel tip:
Poor quality shopping, very good food and a good variety of restaurants and fast food outlets.
Beach is worth an afternoon at most, brown sand and no real bars or eating facilities.
