My major gripe with this hotel was we booked in there on our last days in Bali and on my mums birthday and although we booked double rooms the women at the front desk told us no, we only have twin rooms, so my parents have to sleep in single beds which were bolted to the floor....we told them ok if you don't have the room we booked then we will go somewhere eles, they told us no we cannot cancel the booking even though they did not have the room we had booked, apparently and also according to agoda a double bed in a double room is considered a special request......subject to availability.......not happy, spoilt my mums birthday and our last days in Bali, needless to say won't be going back to this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The food in the restaurant is beautifully presented but unfortunately tends to be not so well cooked and lacking flavor.

landcsapes and the tropical garden with the shop attached with the hotel

great location and hospitality, the tropical garden and landcsapes very calming. the facilities provide is very good. the staff of the hotel very helpful and friendly. the shop attached with the hotel make the stay very pleasant. the shoplot in front of the hotel the shopping is easier and the price offered very reasonable.

i like the hotel swimming pool.

this is our 2nd trip in bali, during my check in time, staff are friendly and give us a welcome drink, check in very fast, all lobby confatable,but hotel room are a bit old and may need refurnish renovate.also mosquto inside the room, rooom key should
change to electronic key instead of normal room key.
overall ok, but overprice

It's the best hotel to stay, very nearby to Kuta Beach, Waterbom and Centro.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tanah Lot and Barong & Kris Dance is a must to all first timers
