the room's size is ok, decoration is average, balinese style. restaurant is nice. check-out is quite slow, but ok. the hotel is near shops and markets and department stores. overall it's a quite good hotel with good location.
Hotel Feature Tip:
taxi to airport is actually only on meter. At airport taxi charged us for to go to ramayana hotel.

we thought it was a very nice hotel very centrally located and yet very quite within the hotel grouds and room.we had a room looking to the inner grounds, not sure how quite the rooms overlooking to street may be ?

Highly recommended, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable and relaxing, everything that we had set out to do was close or near Ramayana Resort. We were upgraded to a by the pool room, and loved it, we felt special. Our room was clean, servicable and the comfort was 10 out of 10. Thanku Ramayana.

Hotel was excellent with wonderful location but some of the staff was very un-operative at the reception. We had taken 3 rooms for single day which we extended to 4 nights stay for all the 3 rooms. In one of the room light went off for couple of hours at night & after 2-3 hours they gave us another room to sleep causing lot of problem. At the time of check-out we requested for a 3-4 extension of just one room as our flight was in the evening which they refused. With 3 rooms for 4 nights I think they should have been courtous to oblige. They even refused a drop to the airport as there version was that we are not direct client with them

Unless already high room rates you are charged for every thing in this hotel. For just printing out the flight reservation I was was charged for full hour of internet service. Charged when we asked for a bit of warm water to take som medicines, etc. The only place where Wifi is available in this hotel is the bar/restaurant area, but it is not allowed to charge your laptop. Better stay somewhere else

the management of hotel seriously need to upgrade the room to attract more people to stay there.
Shopping Tip:
buy your souvenir in Krishna shop/ outlet for half the price in Ubud market. Its where you get almost all sort of souvenir at fix price without the need to negotiate price.

Ramayana hotel is located in heart of kuta, realy near with shoping center such as discovery mall and kuta plaza, beside that just need 5 minute walk to kuta beach, but the breakfas realy less of asian food, human touch of ramayana staf very give impression, i will stay in this hotel for the next time...
